Download old versions of solaris OS

Hi all,
Is there a place I can download old versions of solaris 10? Specifically I'm looking into solaris 10 update 7, which isn't that old, but somehow I can't find it in sun's site (I get only the latest sol10-u8).

Assuming you have a support contract, your local sun contacts should be able to put them out there for you.
Otherwise, you'll be relying on some kind soul out there that has a copy of 10u7 stored locally.

CC Manager downloads old versions - made in a newer version error

If you are getting the error that the document was made with a newer version of the software but you know that can't be true because you just downloaded a new installation and the newest versions... while that would only be logical. You would be wrong.
Incredibly Adobe has the CC Manager download OLD VERSIONS OF SOFTWARE on new installations. I was using Premiere and it download 8.0.1 when both 8.1 and 8.2 had already be released. REALLY ADOBE, you're going to give me a application that is TWO versions old! Oh, and BTW it doesn't tell you that when you download the applications, no you have to know to quit out of CC Manager and re-open it again before it looks for updates.
This is not okay Adobe. I spent a good 20 minutes trying to figure out what the hell was going on. I know it's probably easier for them to do it this way (allows them to not have to make a new complete version of the software for each update) but at the very least it should tell you right away this version is not complete until you download the updates. Bad user interface and instructions.
BTW, this is not unique to Premiere, I downloaded 7 application and 5 of them were out of date.

Flash Pro CC is version 13. It appears to need Flash CS6 to function. If you have CC then CS6 is a download in your cloud membership.

I have downloaded an old version of itunes (9.2.1) because i cannot stand the new version 11. At the end of downloading it, i tried to open it up and a yellow triangle fault popped up and told me it could not be opened because a new version created it. See this post. To roll back to iTunes 9.2.1 you'll need a version of your database that was active back then. Alternatively you could delete the library file and let iTunes build a new one.

I need to install an old version of firefox, like 3.6.12. Where do I download old versions?

Latest versions of firefox are not playing nice with the old version of RedHat/Fedora that I am running on one of my systems. The firefox version I had on there is now corrupted and needs a reinstall. Upgrading the operating system is not an option. Where do I find old versions of firefox for download? I can only find versions 3.6.15 or later on the mozilla site, search as I might.

UncleD there is no no need to go to a random unofficial download site when Mozilla has all versions since the beginning available to public. Also not that the OP is using Linux, something that the oldapps site does not support anyways.

The ftp.mozilla.org is Not mirrored and it hosts the old versions that is not still hosted by the mirrored releases.mozilla.org

By the way the current updates for Firefox 3.6 and 3.5 are 3.6.16 and 3.5.18.

Why would you specifically need 3.0? TestStand is completely backwards compatible. Meaning if you have 3.0 sequences they will run in the current version of TS.
You can download 3.1 here: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/fn/p/sn/n23:4.33.391/lang/en Looks like the link takes you to the ftp site: ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/softlib/teststand/v3/ but they don't have the 3.0 engine there, just 3.1 engine and the 3.0 evaluation licenses.
If you absolutely need the 3.0 engine then I'd email [email protected] and request it and give them a valid reason why you need it.

Possible to download old versions of apps?

I ask because the new 1.0.1 version of Yahoo Messenger works horribly on my phone, and the old version 1.0.0 worked flawlessly. I was stupid and updated it and now the Ovi Store download is replaced with the newer version and it's pretty much useless for me.

When trying various other sources i cant find the right version that my product key and licens works with.

you could use a CS5 trial version from http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html and change it later into a "full" version with your license numbers.
Be careful and read and follow the "very important instructions" before you load down.

We saw on the Adobe Security Bulletin often a new version of Adobe Reader X, the latest is version 10.1.4. When we want to download this new version in our own language (Dutch) to distribute the new software in our company. We only could download the old version 10.1.0. I was asking if this is correct or is the download site not good?

It seems that for minor releases the full installer is only made available in a few selected languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese).

What's the precise text of that message, please? (There's a few different ones I can think of that mention Windows Installer, but I can't place your one at the moment.)

My understanding is that ESR has been brought out primarily to deal with this sort of problem ensuring software may be certified in an enterprise, and does not change as often (so it will remain as Firefox 10 with point releases for a while).

Anywhere to download old versions of acrobat standard?

I'm looking for a repository where I can get old versions of Acrobat, in particular, Acrobat 9 standard for Mac. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Adobe does not sell older version of its applications. But there is NO Standard version for Macintosh. Hasn't been one since Acrobat 6 or thereabouts.
Your best bet is to use the associate companies with Amazon. They carry some older out-of-date stock. I just checked and a couple of them carry Acrobat 9 Professional for Mac.
I don't recommend eBay and the like because a lot of that software is pirated.

Downloaded old version of iTunes because 7.0 was buggy-now iPod wont sync

So my iTunes version 7.0 or something was messed up, as were most peoples-I couldnt listen to any of the songs because they skipped so bad. So I followed the instructions on one of these forums and downloaded iTunes version 6.0.5 and imported all my music, it works fine.
But when I plugged my iPod in, it said my iPod needed version 7.0 or later to run, and its not showing my iPod in my iTunes. is there any way I can change the software on my iPod so it works with the older version of iTunes?
Id rather not wipe my iPod, because Im afraid Ill lose my files, but I do have them all in my iTunes...what should I do?

Sorry, but a fifth-generation iPod requires iTunes 7.x and will not work with an earlier version.
But many thousands of us have no problems with iTunes 7.x on their Windows systems, so perhaps if you try the latest version of iTunes, and ask for assistance here if you have problems, it might indeed work for you. Otherwise, your only other option is perhaps one of the third-party utilities such as Anapod, Ephpod, or Xplay for handling the transfer. I haven't used any of these, so I can't make any recommendations. These applications cannot connect to the iTunes Music Store, so unless you upgrade, you won't be fully supported and will not be able to purchase tracks from the iTMS. They also may not work with the most recent iPods, so confirm compatbility with your iPod model.
