Download option listed under Movies

When I open Front Row and select 'Videos' then 'Movies' I am prompted with a movie I downloaded from iTunes, an alias I placed in the Movies folder on my hard drive, and another option called 'download.' If I select this or even pause the "cursor" over the option, Front Row hangs up.
Does anybody know what the option is and what it is for? Can you download movies from the iTunes store directly via Front Row?
Any thoughts would be appreciated!

For some reason iTunes was causing front row to display a partially downloaded copy of a movie i previously downloaded. I deleted it and now its gone from front row.

You can't share preview files to an iOS device. There are several other options for pdf's such as Adobe Reader or iBooks.

You can connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, that should copy it over to the Movies part of your library.
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether the film studio allows it, you might also be able to re-download it on your Mac via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.

We rented a movie from Apple TV, had to pause it, accidentally pressed the search button on remote, could not get back into the movie, apple said 'go to settings, downloads, look for the movie', yeah, right, there is no 'downloads' selection under setting

wow, this is taking forever to communicate with anyone, I just want my $4.99 back from the movie rental I paid for. I paid for a rental, we were watching it, had to pause it, accidentally hit 'menu' on the apple remote, tried to get back into the movie, wouldn't let us, apple said ' go to settings, click downloads, select the rented movie from there',( not really a quote, but, close enough). So, we went to 'Settings' on main menu, but, there is no 'downloads' icon....I guess it is true: Do Not Rent from Apple TV'.

You are looking at outdated instructions, you can find the "check the downloads" option under settings > iTunes Store. You may also wish to look on the movies > rentals.

Check your store location is set correctly, if this doesn't help, try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for a 30 seconds.

In the Summary pane for the iPod in iTunes. Check the box that says Prefer standard definition videos

Lyleb64687719 have you utilized the steps listed in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html to verify the Creative Suite 6 version was not available? What type of a Creative Cloud membership do you have?
You can also download the Creative Suite 6 installation files from Download CS6 products. Installing any of the applications or suites which include Bridge CS6 should allow Bridge CS6 to install.

When trying to import a movie, always gives me an error, even if I follow the checking download option. So I buy a movie which is debited and I cannot see it in its full extension.

Bought a movie from Store and cannot be imported in it's full origin. Only ahlf away. When I use the check the avalable download option, it says error, and net work is not OK, to try again. After checking network which works to other films, this still gives same error. The problem is that the movie is debit to my account and I cannot still see it. Any tips? Thanks...

Two Movies now listed under Music

I recently went to sync my Ipod to my itunes and i noticed that i suddenly had an extra couple gigabytes being synced onto my ipod. I went to check out what happened and it turned out that two movies that i had bought from the itunes store about a year ago were no longer listed under the movie section but were playable under the music section. This was easy to realize when i checked the size of my largest files under my music and i could no longer sync my ipod because i had previously had it set to not sync my movies. Now i am trying to again get these two movies to once again be listed correctly under my movies tab and not my music tab. Anyone know what i can do?

Are you downloading to a computer or an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch? I would first suggest signing out of the iTunes Store and restarting your computer or device. Then log in and look for your purchases again. If you are still not able to access your content the article below will get you connected with the iTunes Store Support.
