Download photoshop cc platform support
Just joined photographers cc package, when i tried to download it said it does not support my platform so it wouldnt allow me. so ive checked and i have windows 7 service pack 1 which it in the current list of supported... help

I am on a Mac OS X Version 10.6.8 I checked for a software update on my mac but my software is up to date.Photoshop CC 2014 requires Mac OS 10.7 at least on Mac according to this:

Your operating system is too old to run Photoshop.
You are running 10.6.8. Photoshop CC 2014 only runs on OS X 10.7 and later.

sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
But as much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

i just downloaded photoshop elements 7.0 to a new box and it tells me that my serial number is not valid. the adobe support team says the number is valid, but that they can't help me
Which operating system are you using?
When you say downloaded, where did download pse 7 from?
Do you have the original install disk or original download for pse 7?
I believe the serials won't interchange between the disk version of pse 7 and the electronic down load version. -
When I try to download Photoshop, I keep getting the message: "We are experiencing some issues, please try again later, if the problem persists, contact Customer Support". It's persisting.
try now. adobe.com just went through 24+hrs of website issues.
