You're allowed two installations/registrations. Anything above that requires deregistration on one of those computers.
Take note that if this is Photoshop CC, it's as easy as signing out on a system; there aren't any serial numbers involved as it's all tied to your Adobe ID.

Hey there, it's probably a common question. Is there any way to download songs from a different computer with out having to reformat the ipod and lose all my songs i have on there. I've tried it once and it wiped my ipod clean of all my songs. Very annoying. cheers

On the computer you have initially the set the iPod up on and for, you can enable the "manually manage music and videos" option from under the iPod's Summary tab in iTunes. This will allow you to sync contect to the iPod from multiple computers. Otherwise, there is no other way.

So my dog destroyed the disk that came in the box for adobe photoshop elements 12 and adobe premiere elements 12 and was wondering if there was a way to download the software to my computer.

Can I Download Updates From A Different Computer?

The Internet connection here at the office is terrible. Whenever I have to upload or download large files, I do it from home.
I installed CS5 Master Collection a year ago, and I haven't been able to get any of the updates. (Every attempt to get the updates results in failure.)
Is there a way I can download the updates on my computer at home, bring the file(s) to work, and install them on my office computer? Will I have to dig up the serial number (it's been a year) or will it recognize that I already have the software installed on my computer. What do I download?
(I wish this wasn't so much work.)

Sure...just click the downloads link at the top of the page and find the updates you need. Download them, burn them to a CD and run them when you get to work.

Download Ph.Elements on my computer w/no CD drive

I bought the Adobe Photoshop Elements & Premiere 12 package and realized upon getting home, opening it to install, that there are only 2 CD roms to install however on both of my newer Macs (desktop and macbook pro), there are no CD intake slots on the newer computers. I have searched all over your site for a way to download using my 2 key numbers but cannot find a way to load it online. What am I to do now? I am not going to purchase a separate CD drive just for this download (I almost never need a CD anymore, everything is available to download online (except this it seems?).
Also, I was told I could load this on both my Macbook as well as my desktop (my desktop is much larger, but I may need to be working on it while out and about so would also like to be able to continue my work on my macbook). Can I , hopefully, load this to both of my machines? I have the same issue with my Macbook Pro having no CD slots.
Thank you in advance for your help so I can get to work on my video edits.

I gave my daughter my account info so she could purchase and download a song into her iTunes. This is a song I have not ordered before - first time song. I have a pc, she has a Mac. She had complete access, it downloaded somewhere, but she can't see it or play it. iTunes did not ask her to register her computer either. Would there be a problem with compatibility of the pc info and Mac info. I have a hunch it shouldn't matter. Any suggestions on a remedy so she can play this song without having to purchase it again from her own account?

Re-Downloading Music On a differant Computer?

I recently got a new computer and because of certian circumstances I wasn't able to back up my iTunes on a flash drive before I got rid of it. I switched from a Mac to a Windows. Basically I'm wondering if there was a way I could re-download my music on my new computer that I had previously bought through iTunes on my old computer. I've already 'authorized' this one. You can install the software on two computers with no issue, so go ahead and install on the new computer as Mylenium indicated above. Here is some more information on the topic in case you are interested:

A single license for Adobe software lets you install the applications on two computers, but you can only use the software on one computer at any given time. If you want to install the software on a third computer, deactivate the software on the computer on which you will no longer use the software. Then, activate the software on the new computer.

If you are using creative cloud, you can install the apps on your primary computer and one backup computer. Downloaded Photoshop Elements to a Windows 7 computer and it won't open

It appeared that I successfully downloaded photoshop elements to my computer, restarted computer and now when I click on the photoshop icon on my desktop, it won't even open for me. I have the current Flash player, not sure what else to try. Any help?

Please try and check if you are able to open Adobe Photoshop Elements from this location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 12\ PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe
If not please try to rename following folders
Try to rename SLCacje to Slcache.old
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
and
SLStore to Slstore.old
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
and Right Click on the Photoshop Elements 12 icon and run as administrator
let us know if this works.

Can you download online content (extra titles, menus, etc) to a different computer from where Premiere Elements 13 is installed, and then transfer it to the offline computer where PE13 is installed?
I purchased a new computer and installed Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements 13 while I had the computer connected to the internet. I no longer have the computer online, so can I download the extra content to a different computer, then transfer it to the offline computer where Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements are installed?

The Content download is only from within the opened project/program (disc menu display - customization area) and requires an Internet connection.
When it comes to Content download, you should be able to transfer the Online Folder (with all its content already downloaded) on computer 1 to a USB Flash Drive and use that USB Flash Drive for the replacement of the existing Online Folder in computer 2. Please see details...

This all depends on the content in Online Folder from computer 1 being downloaded from within the program. All the blue bans in the upper right corner of the display thumbnails gone before transferring Online Folder from computer 1 to USB Flash Drive.

I am working off of Windows 7. My husband restarted the computer and it works fine now. But before you would click on the icon to open the program it would appear as if it were firing up and then just shut down with no message or anything.
