Download PS Lightroom 4.0 & Premiere Elements 11
Together with my new Canon EOS 6 I got licenz for these 2 programms but there is no download link any more.

For the last two lin ks above, be sure to follow instructions regarding signing in or else the downloads will not process properly. If you visit one of the other download pages in that site they have a section called "Note: Very Important Instructions" that gives specific steps for signing in.

Please review and consider the following which works for me in Premiere Elements 12 Window 64 bit.
From what you wrote, I suspect that you have DVD-VIDEO widescreen on DVD disc. For now I will assume that you are working in a NTSC setup.
Premiere Elements DVD-VIDEO on DVD disc is characterized as interlaced video with field order lower (bottom) field first. I am not sure how your DVD-VIDEO on DVD was produced - upper (top) field first or lower (bottom) field first. We may have to apply Field Option Reverse Field Dominance at the Timeline level, but for now let us put that aside for a later time.
Insert your DVD disc in the DVD burner tray.
Open Premiere Elements to the Expert workspace and set the project preset manually for NTSC DV Widescreen. How to details for manual project preset setting are found

Then, Add Media/DVD camera or Computer Drive/Video Importer.
The video files from the DVD-VIDEO will be the larger size files and will probably start with VTS_01_1.VOB.
In the Video Importer designate the save location for video file VOB(s) and select Add to Timeline and hit Get Media
to put the files on the Timeline for editing.
If you have more than one DVD disc to "rip", please set up the Video Importer Save In location so that the save in location has a folder for each disc. The fact that all DVDs have the same VTS_01_1.VOB name etc will cause problems if you saved all to the same place as individual files.
Determine how that works for you in your Mac computer environment. We will be watching for your progress.
Others may tell you that you need to convert the VOB to another format before import into Premiere Elements. That is no necessary for Premiere Elements.

Why can't I download "Added Content for Adobe Premiere Elements 10"?
I have purchased the dual-packaged Adobe Photoshop elements 10 and Adobe Premiere Elements 10 - Then when launching the Premiere Elements I get a message to download the "content for Adobe Premiere Elements"
I have tried to do this for a couple of hours now, and I have no idea why I can't get a link.... I keep getting referred to pages with no links at all...
Can anyone help?.Actually, I DOWNLOADED this "bundled" program (as opposed to retail)... and of course, I have no CD's....
But I did figure it out - The "buyer-user" should log in to Adobe and go to https://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?store=OLS-US&event=displayDownloads There UREKA I found it... and it installed fine.
Hower, I do think your lay-out of the help pages on this matter could be improved.

Trying to download a Trial version of Premiere Elements
But when I open the download assistent i get a window saying: "This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance."

I've been messing with computers since 1958 and I've never seen such a mess as trying to download and install the recently purchased copies of Photoshop and Premiere Elements Version 13. Slow downloads? Sure, but I can live with that. But once downloaded, what next? Look for a xxx.exe file somewhere in the pile? Read the "ReadMe" file? All I seem to get is unzipping some files with nothing leading me into the proper steps. I can't even seem to get off the ground. Everything I touch unzips and just lies there. I hate to think I've gone dumb after all of these years, but "user friendly" this is not. My "Your order confirmation" sheet gives me "Follow the instructions below to start using it today" and the first three steps work as you'd expect. Step 4 states "After you have completed the download process, your serial number will be displayed in the download center." Step 5 is "You can log back into 'Adobe Account Management' in the future to re-download your product or retrieve your serial number. ...." I have no problem with my serial number but there seems to be a lot missing between Steps 4 and 5. It would be nice to have this information as pretty standard "stuff. Computers are supposed to do super stuff without a lot of time-consuming problems with a simple process like installing the software. I'm feeling a bit hostile about this but it is a time-consuming, frustrating process.

How can I download Premiere Elements 10 for the Mac on my PC? I have a very fast connection on my PC and would like to install Premiere on my Mac. Why do we need the download manager and why do I need to install excessive Adobe software when trying to get the trial version download?

When downloading content in Premiere Elements 11, I get an error "no Internet Connection"
When I try to download content (themes, etc) in Premiere Elements 11, I get the message that there is no internet connection. I am connected via LAN and have no other issues connecting.
"Download failed. Either the server is currently unavailable, or your computer is disconnected from the Internet. Check your connection and try again."
I have tried on multiple occasions. I have changed my default browser. I have tried different content (themes, titles, etc) and I have tried to download all or only one item at a time.countrygal+73
SG has given you for details for Premiere Elements 12 when you have Premiere Elements 11.
In Premiere Elements 11 Expert workspace, go to Help Menu/Deactivate. If you see a viable "Deactivate" (which it looks like you have), your program should be activated. In Premiere Elements 12, Adobe has Help Menu/Sign Out as the equivalent of the version 11 Help Menu/Deactivate.
Typically the Content Download depends on Internet connection and Adobe Server. And, the process is for many of us slow. I would give the process another try at another time of the day.

Add On...If you have not done so already, please right click the desktop icon for your Premiere Elements 11 and select Run As Administrator even when you are running from a User Account with Administrative Privileges.
In my comments, I have assumed that you are running Premiere Elements 11 on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit. Is that the case? -

Below are the steps to download Premier Elements 12.
Step 1: Download "Adobe download assistant" from Adobe - Download free trial version Adobe Premiere Elements 12 | Adobe by clicking on "Download Now".
Step 2: Sign in to "Adobe Download Assistant"
Step 3: Select "video" under all products
You should see "Premier Elements 12" under "Products you may like".
Click on download for the same.

I followed the instructions in order to download my products but after the downloading of photoshop I've been able to downloader the premiere elements 13.

Premiere Elements 12 Download not working
I downloaded Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 12 from Amazon. The Photoshop portion of the download works great, but the Premiere Elements portion doesn't show up as downloaded. I've tried the set-up and it says it needs the 64-bit version; I've tried the adobe set-up, and it only downloads the Photoshop portion. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 going to be run on? I am assuming purchased for the same operating system, old and new.
If you purchased the product from Adobe, you can go to the Adobe web site, sign in with your Adobe ID and Password, go to Search and type in My Orders.
Then you follow the My Orders link to your Premiere Elements 12 order. There you should find the opportunity to download more installation files. Be careful to
select installation files that are consistent for your computer operating system and the order.
If you did not purchase from Adobe, you can download and install tryout files from the following and then insert your purchased serial number into them at installation.

Read and carryout carefully the "Note: Very Important Instructions" on the web page so that you do not run into any Access Denied message.

Under the conditions mentioned at the beginning of this reply, I am speculating that Adobe should be able to give you your money back for the Premiere Elements 13, allowing you to purchase Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements which are sold together, but are still really standalone products. How Adobe opts to do that is at its discretion.

I can't download the Adobe Premiere Elements 13. Akamai Download pop up only the download window but downloading do not start. Alternate download Method will start but downloading will stopped always after 655 Megabytes. I have tried with different browsers, fire wall and virus protection off and also to download the trial of Adobe Premiere Elements 13 but result is every time same.

My Serial Number won't be accepted when I try to download Premiere Elements 13?
I have a MacBook Pro Laptop and I recently purchased Premiere Elements 13 as I need it for School and Work however when i get to the final stages of downloading, my serial number isn't being accepted and I have tried many methods of downloading! IF anyone has had the same or similar issues please let me know! I paid a lot for this and I really need the program.

Let us see if we can resolve this issue...
Let us go through the typical drill....
1. Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
2. Are you working with a pen and tablet instead of a mouse?
3. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed and are you running the programs as administrator?
4. Is your video card/graphics card driver up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
5. Are you running the program with an active Internet connection? What computer browser are you using for the download
of replacement installation files? Have you tried another for the download - such as Internet Explorer or Firefox?
Suggestions
1. Uninstall the program the typical Control Panel way
2. Do a free ccleaner run through (regular and registry cleaning parts) to get rid of leftovers from incomplete installs/reinstalls
