Download ps6 subscription problems

i bought subscription plan of ps CS6 one year and after the download it keep me ask me for the serial number i did it 3 times, after contact portuguse adobe support 3 times, they told me to do using 3 different ways...no result!! so if i can´t solve this in the next hour i am going to cancell my purchase until some of the EXPERTS of ADOBE can solve the problem. it seems that i bought the English version, but it keeps download the portuguese version, even when i change preferences to english....better to cancell! thanks!

I'm having a similar problem except that instead of dying, I get an error message about an invalid staging area. I'm trying to install 9i on Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated!

Downloading PS6

Over a year ago I subscribed to CS5.5. Recently I broke my laptop and had to get a new one. Since then I have had nothing but a headache trying to reinstall my programs. I found out that its CS6 now and I have downloaded Dreamweaver 6 but now I want to download Photoshop. I somehow was able to find a live chat with adobe last week (which I cannot find now, imagine that!) and I was able to download dreamweaver. Now I want to do the same thing with PS and I cannot find it. I did find where I could download a trial, and it says i currently have 34 minutes left on dreamweaver (which I already have downloaded) and i have 4 hours for PS (about 1100megabytes or so). I did not use this to download dreamweaver if I remember correctly. Is there a place where you can go upload PS or was I doing it the right way?

Wouldnt you know i had an icon on my desktop called "adobe application manager!" It had the PS icon and click to download. Thanks!! Lee

Downloads are listed under your subscriptions/ products on your Adobe account though for subscriptions your local Adobe Application Manager would handle everything. Downoloading the trial and inputting the serial would work, also. Mylenium

Perhaps let's first try updating your Apple Software Update.
Launch Apple Software Update ("Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update"). Does it launch and offer you a newer version of Apple Software Update? If so, choose to install just that update to Apple Software Update. (Deselect any other software offered at the same time.)
If the ASU update goes through okay, try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the errors this time?

Without proper system information and other details nobody can help you. and this error means what it says - some other install process is still active, even if it may not do so visible. Could be a silent update of a virus scanner or something, could be a botched install of another program, not even specifically Adobe. As a start, always reboot your computer and then try again. For anything else we need much more info.

Maybe your firewall or security software are preventing the download from finishing. You could try disabling them until you finish the download

Only 0.05 minutes download on each song with the exception of the original song purchase: I Am Beautiful. What needs to be done to solve this problem?

It seems that I have solved my issue by performing a full factory reset (erasing all content, something which I had hoped to avoid) restoring from an iCloud backup did not alleviate the issue, I had to set up as a new iPad.
Hopefully anyone else else who has this issue in the future will be able to find this.

If by "PS6" you mean Photoshop 6.0, I don't think you can install that old version on any modern operating system. I also wouldn't know from where you can actually still download that.

I have just had a good chat with an Adobe live chat person. He has explained to me why I am getting the U44M1P7 error.
I have a perpetual version of CS6 that I bought earlier in the year. The creative cloud update only applies to versions of CS6 that have been downloaded via creative cloud. The error means I am trying to update a version of CS6 (my perpetual copy) that has aleady been updated.
I have version 13.0.4 and the update is 13.1.2. If I want the update I have to uninstall CS6 from my computer (my perpetual version) and download CS6 from creative cloud. Then I will be able to have the updates.
Hope this helps you. I haven't ried it yet but will post my results when I do.

I'm having the same exact problem as you. I've spent 4 hours already trying to remove every scrap of the previous version. I removed all references to it in the registry and deleted all the folders and files on my C drive, but I still keep getting that message. I've tried the Download Assistant and I've tried installing Photoshop manually, and I still keep getting the same error message. I also have the yearly subscription but I had to restore my hard drive because of a virus. I was able to reinstall everything else except for Photoshop because of this install error.
Can anyone help us with this problem?!?! PLEASE?

Branched this out from the previous discussion. As the previous discussion was regarding the Adobe Download Assistant. You mentioned that you are subscribed to Photoshop. If this is the case then you would want to go to https://creative.adobe.com/ and follow the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4396277#4396277?tstart=0 to download and install Photoshop.
Did you try this method already and faced difficulties thus tried to download the trial of Photoshop? If so what specific error messages did you receive? Also which version of Windows are you using?

Reporting a problem from my bill just gets me sent around in circles. This has happened before last month, and seems to be linked with the upgrade to iOS 6.0.1. as problems started immediately after the upgrade. My subscription just seems to lock itself out even though it is still current and on auto renewal. Tried all the usual tricks.

All I am getting from iTunes is an automatic reply.
This has been going on since September and the iOS 6.0.1 update. I have been bumped from Times of London to iTunes and back each saying it is the others problem. iTunes is the final auto response after their several suggestions is to go to the creator of the app which does seem to make sense.
It is a bizarre problem. All is okay for about three weeks then I am not allowed into my downloaded copy. If I try to go into a page on the paper which at that point I can see, I get bumped out with a message that a subscription is not available. The app has been re-downloaded (several times from iTunes Canada).
Nothing seems to work. I didn't have a problem with my subscription previously. Have had the paper for several months with no problems.
I have tried to get this message to those who might be able to do something but come up against a brick wall of automated responses.

No download for subscription

I am on a Mac and have just bought a subscription to Photoshop CS6. I have tried following all download links, re-installed the Adobe Application Manager as suggested in other threads and I am being sent round in circles.
I open my welcome email, follow the link to sign in to Creative Cloud, sign in, go to Apps, click download under the app icon and I am then sent to the Adobe store UK front page https://store2.adobe.com/cfusion/store/index.cfm?store=OLS-UK&nr=1#view=ols_cat&store=OLS- UK&catID=SPECIALS&loc=en_gb
There is no link to any software download on this page.
If I then sign in again on this page, go to my account, follow my recent order 'download' link, the process starts all over again.
Also, now when I try to open Adobe Application Manager, it says this:
'Adobe Application Manager is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Application Manager from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager'.'
......which is also now sending me around in circles. Anyone help?

I would suggest you with a Immediate resolution by downloading the trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS 6, while installation you can activate the subscription by clicking on License this software or Start My Subscription.
