Download PSE 12?

To cure a PC problem I have reinstalled Windows 64 Bit on my PC which means I need to reinstall PSE 12. I have a record of the serial number but I can't find where to download the files from as any link to a download on the Adobe site takes me to PSE 13. Are the original files for PSE 12 still available?

Many thanks, I had seen that page but hadn't realised the files apply to several language variants. It looked to me as if there were only files for certain languages! A bit of head scratching required to extract and run them - I wasn't going to pay £25 for WinZip but I found a free alternative. Thank you - all now running again.

File archive part is missing when trying to download PSE 11.

I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 last year & downloaded it on my PC. Bought laptop specifically for downloading PSE 11 to use (with correct specifications - windows 8.1) & when double click to run application keeps saying file archive part of PSE11 is missing & need all parts in same folder to extract & to download all parts. I have been downloading both parts (using Firefox) & put both parts in same folder. I have already looked on forum & seen people have had same problem & followed advice given to them (& links) but still going round in circles with this. Please can someone help as don't want to purchase again. Thankyou, Peb

I own PSE 7 on disc. The laptop it was loaded on died. My new laptop doesn't have an optical drive so I downloaded PSE 7 from the Adobe site. It downloaded fine but I cannot start using it until I enter a S/N. The S/N on the disc box doesn't work.

Those links weren't particularly helpful to me. They convinced me to install the drivers for my USB 2.0 card, but that didn't make a difference. Still no OS X without a PRAM reset if I've dared to venture into OS 9.
It's always been my understanding that an unblessed System Folder will not be selectable in OS 9's Startup Disk control panel. My folders are blessed and healthy. Of course I'm running 9.2.2, as stated in my first message. I also frequently verify and repair my disks and permissions.
I did a verbose startup of OS X, and noticed something funny about "ATY...too old." Perhaps this problem is related? I ventured into my system.log file and there it was, repeated over and over, everytime I've booted this computer:

Anyone know how to interpret that? Is it related to my problem? I googled it, and all I found was a web board of people arguing over whether the Apple installed stock ATI Rage video card that came in the G3's is appropriate for Panther. The Ye's have it as far as I'm concerned...as long as I leave OS 9 alone, my video is fine on this computer!

Okay, so, fast forward from July to now -
- I've visited my closest Apple store's genius bar twice now. (Over an hour and a half away.)
- My computer spent at least 8 hours behind their closed doors in the workshop
- Several complete erases of the harddrive have taken place
- Most of the Apple geniuses I dealt with were nice and very knowledgeable, but they were and still aren't 100% sure exactly what is wrong with my computer.
The good news is:
- They were able to at least get it running again, with a clean install from their servers of OS X Lion 10.7.5
- They believe that my problems stem from either 1 of 2 things:
- Faulty Hard Drive (even though it is brand new)
- The wrong build of software being installed.
Now, while the wrong build does seem like it could be the problem, it doesn't make sense in the aspect that all of the initial problems began when the first hard drive failed. The same problems continued when I changed out the failed hard drive with the brand spanking new one, and only slightly improved when I was able to successfully install the OS that came with the original disks for my computer. I'm not convinced this thing is back to normal, but hopefully I can make it last through getting a shiny new retina Macbook Pro in the coming future. Downloaded PSE 8 - How to save backup to disc

Simple enough.
I bought and downloaded the program from the Adobe site. Getting ready to get a new computer and want to move the program over to the new one. I assume the easiest way to do this would be to burn a copy of the program to disc. Is this accomplished by programs - adobe - pse and burn it or is there something more I need to do?

You would have to burn on a disk, or copy to other external store the actual product installation files, not the already installed program. If you purchased the software from the Adobe Online Store, you can always login later and download PSE to your new machine.

Is it possible to download PSE 11?

I had to do a system recovery, and now I'm trying to download PSE 11, which I had before.

Hi John, I am having issues downloading from the same links. I have my serial number for photoshop elements 11, after a windows re-install, when I click on the above links, I receive this error message:

I cannot download PSE 11 from the adobe site. I press the download button and the ADA app is supposed to install. I have tried this on 2 machnes, one win 7 one win 8 and in both cases when you press the downlad button all you get is an inline message telling you to install the ADA but then, NOTHING

Normally, you should get an automatic link to download the Adobe Download Assistant but for some reasons it is not working on your machine. However, I suggest use these links to download them direct from Adobe sites:

You may need to login in the normal way before the download works but try it anyway and let us know.
There are two files - an exe file and zip file. If you know how to unzip the file then you only need the second link; the exe file is to unzip the file and install it automatically.

Trying to download PSE 10 without using CD...

We have a new laptop and it doesn't have a CD drive. I have PSE10 on our old laptop that I installed using CDs. Is there any way that I can use the code from the PSE10 and not use the CD to install it on our new laptop?

Well, nobody can give you a good answer unless we know which version it is. Adobe maintains downloads of versions 7 through 13, but you need to know which one, since your serial number won't work in a different version.

Downloaded PSE 9, photo mail stopped working in PSE 7, help!

With some trouble I was able to download trial version PSE 9. I already had PSE 7. I attempted to e-mail pics using photo mail in PSE 9. I had to select e-mail system and it would send a confirmation number. No number arrived. Went back to PSE 7 and it stopped working. How do I fix this?

I am having the same problem. i am running Windows 7 64 bit and upgraded from
elements 8 to elements 9 and now i get the cursed 'unhandled exception error about halfway through running 'Photo Mail'. It crashes when the program tries to load the border templates. Very annoying!

After downloading PSE 13, receive error message cannot open windows temporary internet files

After downloading Photoshop elements 13, I receive an error message as it tries to open (but instead opens my PSE 9 application) and this message appears: "cannot open C:Users\Spears\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.1E5\AV8ZNMD1\Photoshop Elements_13_LS25_win64.7z"
I have been trying various fixes to download this for 2 days now. Can someone please help me?

Did you check if the Firefox file is in that location?
If it isn't there then do a clean (re)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.
If the file is there then do a malware check with some malware scan programs.<br />
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.<br />

Failing to install/download PSE 11 for mac

Hey,
I have bought PSE 11 for windows a year ago and now would like it to install it on my new mac machine. In my orders, I only can download a windows installer.
I have searched in the forum and found the following link to download a mac version:

This error is usually caused due to corrupted download file.
