Can you download any responses in any other format than a pdf or picture format (like .csv)?

Yes, responses data can be exported as Excel, CSV and PDF, as well as being able to save an individual response as a PDF form.

I downloaded to iTunes using Lossless,can I burn cd's using another format?

I've downloaded all my music to iTunes using Lossless. What I want to know is,can I burn cd's using another format so I can get more music on to a cd for my car stereo.I would like to keep the Lossless format for my home stereo use.

Converting does not mean losing the original files.
iTunes creates copies of the files in the chosen format.
You can easily distinct them by looking at the 'Kind' column or by sorting on 'Date Added'. The converted files will have the most recent 'Date Added'.
Then put them in a playlist, choose 'MP3 CD' in the Burning preferences and burn them to CD-R.
If you don't like a long list of songs, read iTunes: How to set the play order of songs on an MP3 CD how to burn by artist or album.
If all went well, you can delete the mp3's from your library.
If you would like to keep them, but not in your current library, drag them from the library to a folder on your desktop and then delete them. Dragging to a folder will create copies of the mp3's.
If you're using iTunes 7, you could then create a second library and drop the folder with mp3's in that one.
Creating a second (third etc....) library is done by pressing and holding the Option-key when launching iTunes. Hold the key until you see a window which enables you to create or choose another iTunes library.

Exporting responses in pdf format

If I export my responses in pdf format, would I be able to print the forms central form populated with the data?

Hi, when select a response, then click File -> Download Selected Response as PDF Form option would generate a pdf form that populated with the selected reponse data.

I have a form running that has captured and recorded the correct data...and shows up correctly in the response table however when I "downlaod the response as a PDF form" some data is missing and some is there.
Any ideas?

Were you having the same problem when exporting your responses data in different format like Excel or CSV? If if is possible, please share your form with me.
Please do the following to share your form
1. Click on “Design tab” on the top left corner.
2. Click on the “Share” icon on the bottom left corner.
3. Click on “Add Collaborator” on the popup menu.
4. Enter [email protected] under “People to share with”.
5. In the Message edit box, type "download response as PDF form ....missing info"
6. Click the “Share” button on the bottom right of the dialog.

Downloading Responses into Excel

When I attempt to download responses into excel I cannot and get the following message: "Acrobat.com could not save this file. The file might be open in another application and cannot be overwritten." Any ideas on how to fix this?

Error while downloading output in excel format using FM Gui_download

While downloading the necessary output of a Ztransaction in excel format the excel file only shows one 1 record whereas in the output there were 88 records.
When I am downloading it in other formats like Rich text etc. the data is getting downloaded correctly as per the output.
Now this problem is occuring in Production & Quality whereas in Development the excel file is downloading data correctly.
I have compared the code in the different clients as well as debugged it but the code is the same in each case.
There is no data corruption in the final internal table as well.
So what else can be done?....
The data needs to be downloaded as it is in the output in the excel format.
Kindly give me some suggestion and help me out in this regard.

Unable to convert aac (m4a) to another format

I have hundreds of m4a files in iTunes, and I want to convert them mp3.
however every time I try, I get an error message
"Error occurred while converting the file "myFileName". The disk could not be read from or written to."
now, I know you'd generally think that my permissions are set incorrectly, but I've checked that the files have read/write access.... I even tried converting them to WAV and AAC instead but same issue. Weirdly, MP3 files in the same folder can be converted to another format.
I tested converting a problem AAC file outside of iTunes using 3rd party software and it worked.
It seems to be that my AAC (mp4a) files are being stubborn inside iTunes. anyone know why?

First, M4A stands for MPEG 4 Audio. It's an AAC file inside an MPG envelope. AAC is the successor of MP3, providing better quality at lower file sizes. In addition, people distributing content don't need to pay royalties to use AAC.
To convert these files to MP3 files, there is two ways for you:
#1. go to into the Preferences panel of iTunes. Click on the orange "Importing" selection and then select an MP3 Encoder for importing. Change the settings to whatever you want. Now, click OK and go back to the main window of iTunes. Select all songs you want to convert to MP3 and click on "Advanced" -> "Convert Selection to MP3".
iTunes knows a second AAC format called M4P. This is the protected version. It cant be converted to MP3 as easily. If you want to convert it to MP3, do this: First, burn the songs you want to convert onto an Audio CD (preferrably an CD-RW so you can erase it again afterwards). Now, import those songs again, this time into MP3 files.

If for some reason you failed to maintain a backup copy of your computer ( not good), then you can redownlaod some itunes content in some countries:

TS1424 Some but not all of my purchases from iTunes store (TV shows) have been downloading in a Quicktime format that can't be viewed via iTunes or on apple TV (1st gen). I get error message when I try to convert.

Since I have a new iMac and now use Mountain Lion, I am observing that TV shows purchased in iTunes sometimes download in a Quicktime format that will not open in iTunes. In some but not all cases, I right click "open in" and select iTunes and then it will play. However, this doesn't always work. When I open in Quicktime and try to export to iTunes, that won't work. When I try Wundershare's Video conversation program, it won't even accept the file. What's going on here? Any ideas? Please reply [email protected] with any suggestions.

I did put my iPod into DFU and iTunes recognized it in restore mode. After restore I am back where I was before - iTunes cannot connect because of an unknown error.
I have installed Jailbreak to see if I can bypass itunes but haven't succeeded. I can't get my computer to recopgnize the iPod as a device.
I'll take it to a Genius bar next time I am in the area of one. Until then I'll probably continue to try hacks to get it connected.

I am wondering what upgrades I need in order to convert PDFs into another format and compress the size of a PDF (if this is possible)?

I want to be able to convert PDFs into another format and I know this can be achieved with a small upgrade. However I am also looking for the ability to compress the size of PDFs, if this is at all possible.

You can use Acrobat Standard for this.

1. Are you trying to upload yr catalog content file in XML in catalo authoring tool of CCM but call it as a 'download' or it's some other functionality?

Hello Susan.
When you perform the download to PDF, SAP uses the SAPWIN printer driver. When you print with a defined SAP printer, uses PCL driver. Maybe that's why you have different width comparing both printings. This is for SAP forms (Sapscript, Smartfomrs). It could be the same for list format. Please, refer to note 183948.
I don't know how to download to list format. Sorry.

when you generate the spool you can down load that in txt format
Function is used RSPO_DOWNLOAD_SPOOLJOB when you want to do that programatically.
Using the spool number, and provide the path where you want to down load that time mention the name
C:\smart.txt
it will be downloaded .
