Download sales order data in Text format -User exit
Hi Experts
I am very new to user exits, my requirement is if i go to sales order change mode and then press save, some of the details about the sales order needs to be downloaded in text format. Please give me the steps and procedures.
How to do this, please help me on this.

Hi,
Go to include MV45AFZZ,u will find USEREXIT_DOCUMENT_SAVE.In this exit
u can get all the data from strcutures availabel thre..declare an internal table and fill the internal table with the data u want..andthen try for FM "GUI_DOWNLOAD" and pass the internal table data.I hope it might work..

Sales order forceful completion using the USER-EXIT
Hi all,
We have a requirement as follows: As soon as the sales order is created a smartform should get triggered. the configurations are done in nace. It is working fine. But in our case we dont enter the PO number in the sales order this will show an incompletion log throwing a warning message. So we need to do modification in the user exit MV45AFZZ for the forceful completion of the sales order
This is to be done for the order type Zxxx. As i have not worked in the userexits before can anyone help me with the code.

Try this..
Create a new incompletion procedure in SPRO without that PO number field..
In the user exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in the include MV45AFZZ..

* Switch the incompletion procedure.
TVAK-FEHGR = 'ZZ'. " New incompletion procedure..
* Then call the function module with the new incompletion procedure..
* I believe the function module name RV_CHECK_DOCUMENT.
* Or check RV*check*document in SE37..
* This will make sure the sales order to recognize
* the new incompletion procedure..

Fetching the sales order data using both system status and user status
Hi,
Could any one tell me how to fetch sales orders using both system status and user status.
My requirement is to fetch sales order data in a report where the user enters the system status and user status in the selection screen fields.
For example i need sales orders where the system status is I1002 i.e. OPEN and user status is E0002 (status profile CMSCON0) that is In Process

The system status and user status are stored in CRM_JCDS & CRM_JEST tables you can get the all the order GUID on particular status further pass the order GUID in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H to get transaction ID.

How to get header text in user exit for sales order

My requirement is that I get and modify the header text in user exit when creating a sales order. In the user exit I'll do some validation and put the error code into header text. But I can't use function 'READ_TEXT' to get header text since the text has not been updated into database.

You can check out two table in respect to Sales TEXT i.e. STXH (STXD SAPscript text file header) and STXL(SAPscript text file lines).
The best approach of tracing out the Text in respect to Sales Order would be to use the Function module READ_TEXT and put this FM in SE37 and execute with the following parameter.

When you are essentially looking to read item level Text with respect to Sales Order then your Text OBject would be VBBP.

In CRM we use CRM_ORDER_READ to get the Header and Item details. Like wise FM in R/3 is required.

I have a requirement where sales order data needs to transferred to Purchase Order.
We have few custom fields in EKKO table YY SHIP_DATE, YYMOL etc....When a sales order 3rd party is created a PR is automatically created.Based on this PR(Purchase Requistion) we are creating a PO(Purchase Order) and the custom fields needs to be populated from the sales order.
I have checked the Exit V45E0001 Update the purchase order from the sales order.Its of no use for us as all our fields are custom fields..Please help..

Blanket Sales Agreement는 정의 되어 있고, Customer 정보는 Header에 입력
되어 있다. 또한 Line item은 특정 products을 위해 정의되어 있다.
Blanket agreement는 blanket order type과 연관되어 있다.
원인
====
보통 Agreements에 대한 Orders/Releases를 신청하는 Customers는 먼저
folder를 만들어야만 한다. 이 folder는 order header에 blanket number
field는 가지며 default folder로 저장되야 한다.
Blanket Sales Agreement form에서 Create Release button을 click 하면
Sales Order form이 열리고 cursor는 blanket agreement field로 이동할
것이다.
User가 다른 field로 tab을 하면 customer data는 blanket에서 release
order로 default 조회된다.
만약 Customer data가 아닌 다른 data를 blanket agreement에서 release
order로 default 하길 원한다면, 먼저 그 영향을 주는 defaulting rule을
생성해야 한다.

Blanket으로부터 data를 default로 받길 원하면 Sales order header와
line에 있는 모든 field에 대한 defaulting rules은 정의되어져 있어야 한다.
