Download Service Pack for NetWeaver CE 7.2

Hi everybody,
i want to download and install SP5 for our CE 7.2 (Initial Shipment) on Win 2003 Server x64 with Oracle. In Service Market Place -> Support Packages and Patches i choose the needed Usage Types like:
- Application Server Java
- Adobe Document Service
- ESR
- BPM
In the next step i choose the following Components:
- SAP JVM 6.1 -> Windows Server on x64 64Bit
- SAP HOST Agent 7.0 -> Windows Server on x64 64Bit
- SAP Kernel 7.2 64-Bit -> Windows Server on x64 64Bit -> Oracle
- SAP IGS 7.2 -> Windows Server on x64 64Bit
After i choose next i get the Waring Message: Your settings concerning the required instantiations (e.g. operating systems, databases) are incomplete.
I get:
1 x Waring for not choosing the Memory Analyser
12 x Waring for not choosing SAP J2EE KERNEL 7.20 32-BIT UC und alternative SCV
But:
The Memory Analyse is for Windows IA32
And the Components SAP J2EE KERNEL 7.2 32-BIT are not for a x64 System
What is my mistake?
Best regards,
Sid

I see - you may be able to put the files in the download basket but without SolMan you won't be able to confirm and hence download them (or you have to create an OSS call).
There may also be dependencies of Java patches and kernel patches or other components. Resolving them manually can be tedious.

  • Is contract support account required to download Service Pack V3 forWLS 8.1

    Dear all:
    I uesed tool Smart Update to install Service Pack V3 for WebLogic Server 8.1. The poped window asked me to login.
    After I finished input of ID and password, it said that my account is not linked to a valid contract. Is Service Pack V3 for WLS 8.1 not a public pitch? Is a contract support account required to download Service Pack V3 for WLS 8.1? Or is there something wrong?
    Thanks for response.

  • Service packs for wls6.0

    How come each service pack for WLS 6.0 requires a download of the whole applications
    instead of a patch?

    To only get patch or service packs, you should login to websupport.
    (http://www.bea.com/support/web.shtml)
    Only entitled customers are eligible to receive service packs. Or else you have to
    download the whole
    bungle which 60 + SP's.

  • Service Pack for Proliant installing successfully but returning failure in OSD task sequence

    Building bare metal servers with SCCM 2012 SP1 CU2 OSD and running into an issue with HPs where they attempt to install the Service Pack for Proliant 2013.02.0.  I am using a package with a program.  Here is the program command line:
    Hpsum.exe /use_latest /allow_non_bundle_components /current_credential /silent
    The application installs successfully but there is a distinct delay and then errors thrown that fails the TS.  Setting 'continue on error' is a work around but not what I want to have in the production environment.  How can I get around this issue?
     This is the same exact package and program that ran perfectly fine in SCCM 2007, but we are seeing this as a new issue since the migration to SCCM 2012.
    I'd like to solve this issue as well as get rid of the "Waiting for job status notification....InstallSoftware"
    Any suggestions?

    Hello Guys!
    HP ProLiant Support Pack / Service Pack uses different Exit Codes, due to that this software support other operating systems than Windows. Therefore HP has standardized to use other Exit Codes, which Windows Detect as failures.
    HPSum Exit Codes:
    ExitCode 1 = "Installation Successful"
    ExitCode 2 = "Installation Successful, but a reboot is required"
    ExitCode 3 = "Installation was canceled, or no components were updated"
    EcitCode 9009 = "Installation did not complete.  Check the path and make sure that the Installation exists at the specified location"
    HP recommends to use following Batch File to workaround this issue for SCCM:
    =======================START_BatchFile=============================

  • Service Pack for iTunes problems?

    Does anyone know more about the $49 service pack Apple supposedly has for fixing iTunes 5+ install problems? Is it specific to iTunes, or is it an overall service pack for all known software issues? I am quite confused now by all of the fixes floating around in this discussion (although grateful for the fine assistance of various people) because I can't afford to lose any more functionality on my PC than I already have.
    If a service pack does exist, shouldn't Apple provide this for free?
    Too bad there isn't a computer products safety commission (like the Consumer Products Safety Commission). If there were, Apple would have to do a recall of this defective product that has harmed a lot of PCs.

    Apple is not selling any sort of "service pack". Any charge you may get is for providing the technical support itself (support calls are not free unless you have a Mac that's either less than 90 days old or is under AppleCare), not for providing any patches. iTunes 5.01 has been released and is the only "patch" that I know of for iTunes 5, so if you're having problems with iTunes 5.0, try 5.01.

    Hi,
    Log onto your system. From any screen, select System > Status. In the block labelled "SAP system data", hit the magnfying glass. Although there are many objects that can be updated, the most critical is "SAP Basis". Under the column "level" you can see the highest rev you have installed.
    Hope it helps.

  • Service packs for Weblogic 6.1 with J2EE 1.3 disabled

    We are planning to migrate to Weblogic 6.1 from 5.1.
    Is BEA supporting 6.1 release with J2EE 1.3 disabled? I see that 6.1
    with J2EE 1.3 is at sp4, whereas there is no service pack for 6.1 with
    J2EE 1.3 disabled.
    If BEA is not supporting 6.1 release with J2EE 1.3 disabled, then we
    have to go to 6.1 with J2EE 1.3.

    Looking at the Service Packs, the last couple sentences of the description discuss it.
    Maybe you would just need help with the WLS Start scripts. Or you would need to start
    with a base product that has 1.3 disabled and take it from there. I'm sure someone
    could find the files for you, they are just not out in the open.

    This service pack contains files that resolve some issues pertaining to the released

    The Service Pack upgrade installers for WebLogic Server 6.1 will update all existing
    WebLogic installations to run with J2EE 1.3 features enabled when starting the server
    with the startscripts provided within the WLS distribution. With J2EE 1.3 features
    enabled, WebLogic Server will still inform you whenever an application is deployed that
    uses J2EE 1.3 features. If you desire to disable J2EE 1.3 features and you had
    originally installed WebLogic Server 6.1 with J2EE 1.3 feature disabled, you can restore
    the WebLogic Start scripts from the backups created during the Service Pack

  • CrystalReports XI release 2 Downloaded service pack setups don't work

    Hi
    I am an existing customer using Crystal Reports Developer XI Release 2.
    I tried to install latest Crystal Reports XI Release 2 service pack5 for windows and it did errored out between the install saying a cab file was corrupted. Tried couple times but no luck
    Tried then installing earlier version i.e Crystal Reports XI Release 2 service pack 4 full build but it did the same. It had corrupted cab files too and errored during install.
    The version that I have is Crystal Reports XI Release 2 Hot fix -crxir2.zip from 13Feb08 on your site. I am trying to update my machine with lates service packs so my MSM/MSI that I distribute match with version on my machine

    Hi
    If you are using Windows 2000 SP4 then install the "Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4 (KB891861)" should resolve the error message for missing cabinet file when installing SP4 on Windows 2000, as stated in Release Notes of SP4.
    Below is the link to download the Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4 (KB891861):
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=B54730CF-8850-4531-B52B-BF28B324C662&displaylang=en and http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=891861
    Then install SP5 for Crystal Report XI R2.
    Hope this helps!!
