Getting a "Download Error" and can't download any programs or see my app list.
I am using a Macbook Pro with OSX 10.9.1 and I have been paying for and using CC for several months. This week, I had a persistent bug with Ps so I uninstalled it, with the intent of reinstalling to see if that fixed the error. However today when I clicked the CC icon and went to Apps, none of my programs show up. Instead, it just says "Download Error. Please retry again or contact customer support." There was a button to "reload applications" but nothing happens when clicked. I just want to download the programs I am paying for!
I have an internet connection (obviously, since I'm posting here) and have looked through the forums and support articles with no luck. I tried uninstalling CC, using the CC cleaning tool, and reinstalling, but nothing changed except that now I can't use any of my CC programs since they were all uninstalled with the clean. I have restarted my computer and checked my connection. I also waited on hold for live support for a while, but I'm at work and I honestly don't have the time to sit and stare at my screen, waiting, for an indeterminate amount of time.
Can anyone help me with this? I can't do my job without the CC programs so this is extremely frustrating.I think I have fixed this. Even more googling found me a community support thread where following the advice in #5 and #9 seem to have brought my Apps tab back to life. Specifically, I deleted the folder mentioned and restarted the program. This took two tries to take effect.
Now I am redownloading Ps and will post back if I run into another roadblock. Thanks for all yr help Adobe, that $20/mo really buys excellent support and all the articles were super helpful with my issue. /Sarcasm -
This occurred whilst downloading. The download stopped and now I can't start it again. Even if I try to purchase it again I can't, as it says 'downloaded' instead of the price tag. I'd love to know the answer as we are in the middle of the third season of 'Game of Thrones'! Thanks.
This response is a little late as I just read about your problem. I have a 2012 Dodge Charger and a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country and both worked flawlessly with the iPhone 5s my wife and I had. However, we just upgraded to the iPhone 6 and Uconnect will receive calls but you cannot answer them. You can callout successfully, however. the annoyance being the inability to answer incoming calls in the HandsFree mode.

I bought the APP Sasol Birds. 146MB of the 147,5MB downloaded without any problem. The download stopped and first the error code 3259 and later the error code 8012 appeared. Can someone help? I want the download to be completed. Thank you. Pieter Strobos
Maybe your firewall or security software are preventing the download from finishing. You could try disabling them until you finish the download

Ipod Touch is receiving Error 50 message when trying to download movie. The download stops and is unsucessful. Followed techs instructions and deleted .tmp file from computer/cdrive/users/"computer name"/mymusic/itunes/media/downloads but same error keeps returning.

It sounds like you are trying to download a previous purchase to your iPad but the item never downloads. I would recommend starting by closing all the apps that are running in the background.
iOS: Force an app to close

Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App stores, and restart the phone and try again:

I was looking into the issue you are describing and found an article that I think may be helpful for us here. It sounds like we need to remove ALL components of iTunes, and any of its associated services like Bonjour.

Steps
1. Remove iTunes and related components from the Control Panel
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order. Then, restart your computer.

Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended effects.

Verify iTunes and related components are completely uninstalled In most cases removing iTunes and its related components from the Control Panel will remove all supporting files belonging to those programs. In some rare cases those files may be left behind. Clear space on your iPhone (go to Settings > General > Usage) and complete the download there.
If you rented the movie on your iPhone, it can only be viewed on your iPhone.
