Download to Adobe Master Collection CS6 not working

I've downoloaded the product from your licensing site and from the trial area with no luck. It's been over a week and the trial hangs every time I try and from the licensing site it says the product cannot be extracted.
Is there a way to get the media disks?

What computer system are you using? You're probably using the Adobe Download Assistant to download the installers. A few folks have confused the download location with the install location and try to download on the "Program Files" or "/Applications/" folder, and then then the extraction fails. In case you have downloaded to one of these folders, copy it to a user folder such as the desktop and then try running the executable file.

I downloaded the suite Adobe Master Collection CS6 from Adobe.com, but I doubt the integrity of the file "MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.7z" because my connection is low and unstable.
Does anyone know what the checksum code (CRC or MD5) for this file?

I have tried to "re-license" but since the license is REVOKED, there is NO WAY to DE-ACTIVATE my product so I can try to RE-ACTIVATE it again.

Seems Staff member SG... and Chris Cox were also aware of this issue, and Chris even got the bug himself!

We are having the same issue. Currently searching for a solution. In our instance, it is not only word, but Excel and Powerpoint as well. Launching any of the applications and then logging out and logging in corrects the problem, however this is not a solution because we are setting up these computers in a lab environment.

Only Photoshop and Illustrator have Retina support in CS6, all other apps not.

ich hatte nur oft wieder meinen MacBook die Partionen formatiert und OSX neuinstalliert, hatte alles super funktioniert bis ich die Adobe Master Collection installieren wollte, danach ist er nicht mehr angesprungen und ich musste OSX wieder neu installieren. Weiß jemand woran das liegen könnte bzw. wie ich herausfinden könnte woran es liegt? Vielleicht in zusammenhang mit einem Programm?

I just had a logic board replacement and upgrade to 10.9.2, now adobe master suite will not work

logic board replacement on mac book pro, and upgrade to 10.9.2; and my adobe master's suite will not work;the CS4 remains on my applications of hard drive ;computer tells me to contact Adobe??

Adobe cloud and CS6 not working

Hi im unable to get cs6 to work for me using cloud? it keeps telling me my trial is over even though ive paid every month since June last year? ive tried deleting and reinstalling ect ect help!! there is no point me having this if i cant use it x

Everything looked normal with your account but it didn't appear you had completed the 30 day license check.
My recommendation would be
- Launch Adobe Application Manager from either the Start menu (Windows) or Applications folder (Mac) and install all available product updates.
- Once this is complete launch whatever product was showing up as a trial and click the "License this software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.
If the next time you launch the product it is still coming up as a trial, you might try creating a new administrator account and going through the "License this software" process again

Can not open InDesign cs6 from the Adobe Master Collections CS6.

I receive a window showing Confituration error:
"Please uninstall and reinstall the products.

I've uninstalled all Adobe programs, even ran the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool. It didn't seem to solve the problem. Would really appreciate any pointers.

I'd call Adobe Tech Support. Installation questions for current products are handled free.

Some products under adobe master collection cs6 give error 16 on startup

I am running win7 64 bit with 2 drives. One is a 120gb SSD (E) which has my OS, the other is a 1TB HDD (C) for storage. I ran the setup and set the installation path to C:\program files (x86). However, after installation some of the software went to C:\program files (x86) (after effect, bridge, encore, illustrator, media encoder, photoshop, premire, speedgrade), and some went to a newly created (dont know why) E:\Program Files (x86) (x86) (acrobat, audition, bridge, dreamweaver, extension manager, fireworks, flash builder, flash, indesign, prelude). Now thats not ideal.... but I can live with it. The real problem is that all of the stuff installed on C gives an error 16. I looked at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/configuration-error-cs5.html , but it hasnt seemed to help. The Adobe PCD folder was missing altogether on C so I copied it over from E and then set the permissions on BOTH folders. Still no luck though. I also tried reinstalling and going through the motions again, no luck.

Installation d'adobe master collection cs6

je tente d'installer sur mon pc adobe cs6 en remplacement de cs5.5, mais il y a le message suivant."le programme d'installation n'a pas pu s'initialiser.Télécharger le adobe support Advisor pour detecter les problèmes. j'ai pu faire cette opération mais sans ne marche toujours pas. Que devrais-je faire pour decanter la situation?

I'm downloading the adobe master collection 6 free trial and it has finished downloading but it is stuck in the "extracting" process.... there is an error displaying that says: "The following disc images couldn't be opened: MasterCollection_CS6 Error 4960

Sounds as if the disk image file is corrupt. If I were you, I'd try downloading it again.

Why won't my setup.exe file on my Master Collection CS6 disk open and run in windows 8.1 Adobe claims it works on 8.1?

Anyone else having issues with their install disks for Master Collection CS6 not working? I click on setup.exe and it asks if its ok to run then nothing no error and no windows. Any ideas?

right click setup > click 'run as administrator'.

Does anyone know about Master Collection CS6 performance problems on OSX Mountain Lion?

I have a 15" MBP (late 2011) and I'm having some poor performance problems even after a clear install, reindexing the system and fixing all permission errors in Disk Utility. I have some suspicions about compatibility problems with Adobe Master Collection CS6 cause those are the programms I always work with and in wich I have experienced a bad performance.
Hardware test says everything is fine. Any sugestion?

Guys, I suffered the same problem for 4 days. I am on the new MBP Pro Retina Display + Mountain Lion 16GB Ram, etc...
I first thought it was to do with retina display however no, that is not the case.
SOLUTION (sounds odd but works):
The only way I found to fix it, is setting photoshop to use the East Asian text engine instead of the Middle East one. (Prefs -> Type -> East Asian). Then restart Photoshop.

Adobe master collection.

I just bought adobe master collection cs6 windows version and I don't have Photoshop 3d in the program I have always been skeptical of software downloads.

3D requires a suitable graphics hardware and if it's not available it must mean that you don't meet these requirements. we cannot know, though, since you haven't provided any proper technical information.

Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 Trial

I tried downloading Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 Trial but it was unsuccessfull even though I recieved emails welcoming to this product's trial version. What can be done to be able to download and use this product? Thanks for all your help and Merry Christmas!

The downloading assistant never finishes downloading the trial. I have downloaded other trials like premier pro and this problem never ocurred. The OS of my computer is Windows 7 64bit.

What do you mean by unsuccessful? Didi it download OK and won't install? Or did it not download completely? Which operating system and version?
