I manage to download to PowerPoint or Excel and to print to PDF or MHTML.
How can I download the report to MS Word format?

Hi Nir,
In OBIEE you can't download it to Ms-word but create a report in bi publisher report source (Data model) as BI Answers and output format as "RTF".using embedded content pull the report to dashboard with default output format to RTF.

You cannot download or install Word or Excel for the iPad. MS has not released an iOS version.

Last night I downloaded the latest Word update. Today the first Word document crashed and I lost 45 minutes of work in spite of having saved the document numerous times. Why is Word crashing the day after a safety update? I have Office 2008 for Mac

One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
Reboot, test again.
If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode), or Airport, or 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences>Accounts>Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed.
Check the System Preferences>Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.
Also look in these if they exist, some are invisible...
/private/var/run/StartupItems
/Library/StartupItems
/System/Library/StartupItems
/System/Library/LaunchDaemons
/Library/LaunchDaemons
Open Console in Applications>Utilities, check the system log for the date/time of the last problem & next startup for clues.

Typical issue with Font Book.
Restart your Mac and immediately hold down the Shift key when you hear the startup chime to boot into Safe Mode. Keep holding the Shift key until you see a progress bar towards the bottom of the screen. You can let go of the Shift key at that point.
OS X asks you to log in (you will get this screen on a Safe Mode boot even if your Mac is set to automatically log in). Let the Mac finish booting to the desktop and then restart normally. This will clear Font Book's database and the cache files of the user account you logged into in Safe Mode.

Office 2004 and Other Applications Don't Work in Lion/Mountain Lion
If you have Office 2004 which is a PPC-only suite, it will not work in Lion/Mountain Lion. You need to upgrade to Office 2011 - Mactopia - or you can try the freeware suite, Libre Office, that is functionally similar to Office 2007 for Windows except it works on Lion/Mountain Lion.
You may want to consider as well:

And, then there is Apple's iWork suite:

As for other software, any PPC-based software will not run in Lion or Mountain Lion because Rosetta is no longer part of OS X. You will need to upgrade to Intel versions of the software.

else find a FM to calculate the number of working days, in the given period...
if Nov 14 to Dec 15
there are FM's which can give the last working day of the month.. split leave period from Nov14th to last working day and then first working day of next month to dec15th.
Dont ask for date FM's that against rulez of the forum..

Word 2000 was never available as a download. It was only ever supplied on hard media (e.g. CD-ROM) and that is what you would have to reinstall it from. Although some of the updates to it were available for download, SR1A, which was the first Service
Release, is no longer available and is necessary before the later Service Packs could be applied. In any event Office 2000 is not compatible with any currently-supported version of Windows.
