Download to new computer?

Last moth I bought Photoshop Elements 12 and downloaded it. My computer crashed and now i have a new one. I find my order and the serial number listed on the Adobe website-but no link so that I can download the software to my new computer. How do I do it?

If you cannot find a download link in your Adobe account online you can always download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

From your OLD computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..

My computer crashed along with my CS5. When trying to download CS5 on new computer it recognizes my serial # but will not allow to download. I suspect my 2 download limit is reached but have no way delete from old computers So I can download on new computer How can this problem be resolved?

Contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations. Then you should be able to activate a new installation.

Download Creative suite apps on 2 computers, got rid of one and need to download on new computer

help I got a new computer and I got rid of my old one that I had downloaded some of the creative suite on now I need to download it on my new computer and I can't because I have downloaded it on 2 computers, but I no longer have one of them and I uninstalled the creative suite apps on the old computer. I am panicking I need this downloaded on my new computer asap...I have deadlines to meet!! Help me please!

It should download and install. When you then first launch it and try to log into your CC account, it will ask you what to do. Then you can select to deactivate all other installs.

I have Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop elements. Now I got a new computer and I want these to be installed on the new one. How can I do that? I try to add products to my profile but it says the serialnumber already is registreated even though its not in the list of products on the page.

You only need to install the products on the new machine and activate them using the serial number(s) you already have. If this new machines is the secondmachine you are installing on there should be no problem since you are allowed to have two activated installations. If you already have two then you need to deactivate (Help -> Deactivate) one installation.

Can't get stuff I paid for and downloaded to new computer with itunes.

So I decided to download Itunes to my laptop and start over. I tryed to start my desktop to deautherize thta computer but I found out its dead now.
After installing Itunes and signing in to my account, authrizing this computer I go to check downloads to download all the stuff I paid for in the itunes store. Last time I switched computers all i had to do was do that and it would download it to the new computer.
Now it says everything was downloaded to this account. It does not download what I paid for. It says I can burn it to a CD/ DVD or link it with home share.
How can I burn it to a CD if the computer its on is dead? I can't get into the dead computer through my network and home share.
How can i get the songs/ apps/ movies I have paid for with my hard earned money to download to my account on this new computer?
I am VERY frustrated with Apple right now. No one has answered my posts, then when I check for phone support, it says they want to charge me.

I go to check downloads to download all the stuff I paid for in the itunes store.
That function is for items which you haven't previously downloaded from anywhere, such as season pass episodes not available at the time of purchase.

Put its hard drive into an enclosure and copy the files directly.

Applications can be freely redownloaded the same way you purchased them. For other content, click here and ask if the hard drive is dead.

I purchased LR4 a few years ago and I want to download to new computer. The product is in my Account with Serial Number, but I do not find any place on the site to actually download it. Can anyone help

I am unable to find download instructions for LR4 which is listed in my Adobe ID with the Serial Number. Can anyone tell me how to download it to a new computer. I have CS6 and those instructions for downloading an owned product are easily found.

It sounds like you have a new computer, you downloaded iTunes to it and are not seeing your playlists that you have on the other computer. You should transfer your iTunes library from the older computer, to the new one with this article:

I purchased Adobe Photoshop 12 but did not download it. I was expecting to receive a CD but after the purchase realized that it was a download. I have Photoshop 9 on this computer which has been having issues lately and I wanted 12 on my new computer which I just purchased.
