Download trial Elements 12

I tried to download Elements 12 trial. Dowloaded "Dowkload Assistant" but got error message "This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance." Followed instructions to delete older version of Download Asstant. Reinstalled new version, and got same error message. I've tried 2 different browseres with same results.

Trial download of Elements 9

I was trying to get the trial download of Elements 9. It downloads fine and I am able to begin the installation, but then I get a message that there was an "error opening client" and the installation fails and I get a message to contact the software maker. It would appear that, according to the Adobe website, they don't have weekend phone hours for software support. Any ideas? I'm running Mac OS 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) and still have several GB of memory available, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Appreciate any thoughts!

I have a fast connection but it still took me over 30 minutes to complete the downloads from Adobes busy servers. The Akamai Download Manager allows you to pause and re-start download whenever you need.
N.B. It won’t work with some browsers such as Google Chrome. It’s recommended you use Internet Explorer 7 or 8; or Firefox 2 or 3 on Windows.
On Mac OS X 10.5 - 10.6 use Firefox 2 or 3; or Safari 5.

I would suggest try again, sometimes, web/internet also behaves in a weird way and when tried again issues get resolved as if they never existed.

Can I download Premiere Elements 7 trial?

Does anybody know where can I download Premiere Elements 7 trial? My school is using Premiere Elements 7 and I'm afraid I'm going to have compatibility issues with Elements 9 and 7.

That might be a tough one, as PrE 7 is now two years and two versions old, I would anticipate that the trial downloads are long gone.
Also remember, any Project done in any "trial" version will be watermarked, so you might not be happy with the results. This FAQ Entry will tell you more about the watermark.
Good luck, and I hope that someone else might have a URL to the download, but I would not hold my breath, due to the age of that version.

I'm trying to download Photoshop Elements trial but instead of the download button appearing Error #2032 appears instead.

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

Trouble downloading trial Premiere Elements 11

I have tried to download Premiere Elements 11 trial. I siccessfully did the Adobe Download assistant, but when I went to get the elements 11, it wasn't there. I found a folder that is named Adobe Premiere Elements, but it has two subfolders, one that has ReadMe files in it, thge other is labeled PRE 11. That file had a setup.exe file, which I tried, but it installed Photoshop 11 instead.
How do I get the Premiere Elements 11 (or ten) installed?

In December I purchased and registered a copy of PS Premier Elements 12 for my MAC. I sue program exclusively for still photos. When I go from Organizer to Editor, I get a message that I need to download Elements, register program or download trial versio

In December 13, I purchased & registered PS Premier Elements 12. I use only for still photography. The organizer works just perfectly. When I go to Editor to edit and/or print I get a message to register product and/or download trial. Have I purchased the wrong product or have I missed something ?

Premiere Elements is for video editing.

Make sure you have cookies enabled. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
Alternatively, you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below without the involvement of the download assistant and then use your current serial number to activate it.

I am trying to open a downloaded trial version of Eloements 11 but my screen tells me that it won't open. ??????

Thanks for your quick reply, Jeff. Very belatedly, a screen came up on my computer that enabled me to complete the download. I now have it. It was Photoshop Elements 11 and I have Windows 7. However everything is now working. I like this version of Elements and since my CS Photoshop is no longer being supported and I can’t upload to CS6, I think that this is a good alternative. I will probably purchase it.

Why is it taking 3 hours to download trial version of photoshop, elements 10?

I am trying to download trial version of Photoshop Elements 10 and it saya it will take 3 hours to download. Why does it take so long? I thought the days of long downloads were like the dinosaurs, a thing of the past.

I am the author of above post, and I want adobe to be aware that I have uninstalled their product and will not be considering any products to be purchased from them. I spent several hrs. last night and all day today watching hour after hour of tutorials on the elements program and was still unable to complete a single project. I phoned support. Their return call was 3 hrs later than they said it would be and then they hung up before I even spoke to a CS rep.or support tech. You want the money, Adobe, but ypou don't want to put a user friendly program on the market, nor do want to make sure that sufficent support is out there for those of us brave enough or stupid enough to actually try to master your products. I WILL NOT, EVER, CONSIDER PURCHASING ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN. Just to get to a forum or tutoria, which are not thurough, takes a miricale and several hours.
