Downloaded a movie, but then deleted it and I still 3 gbs gone. How do I get them back?

I downloaded a movie to my iphone 5s. It took up 3 gbs so I deleted it. Now it has the icloud symbol but in my usage those gbs are still gone. How do I get those gbs back?

If they are not in a backup then your only hope is to get them from your PhotoStream. See:
