Try being a bit more specific... What exactly did you try, and what happened when you did?

    Hey,
This should not have happened. Have you tried the same using a different web browser?
    Visit "https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/free-trial-download.html?trackingid=KLBBQ"and check.

  • Just downloaded adobe XI trial and can not convert pdf to word, says trial is period over

just downloaded adobe XI trial and can not convert pdf to word, says trial is period over. what can i do

For some reason this seems to happen to some. It may be that you have a date issue on the machine and Acrobat noted it. By the way, Adobe is the name of the company, not a product.
I have no idea how Adobe sets and tracks the trial information. It may be there is something else that has caused an issue and Acrobat thinks you have already had the trial on the system and uninstalled it. As far as I know, there is nothing you can do. You might be able to check with sales to see if there is a work-around, but users can do nothing to help you.
Sorry, hope you can find a way to test the product. It might also be related to the version of Windows that you did not state.

  • Adobe pro wont open

adobe started freezing / not responding a week ago , then failed to open, hour glass for a few seconds then nothing, uninstalled and downloaded again but will not open. just removed Photoshop trial after reading the 30 day trial issue, still wont work. Desperate here.

    Hi Anubha
Sorry for lack of info! 8.1, adobe pro xi, licenced.
No error message, it just doesn’t open, if I click on a shortcut the timer shows for  a few seconds and then disappears and nothing happens, if I check tasks it shows adobe update as running in the background but nothing else,
    Thanks!

  • I tried several times to download Premiere Pro trial om ny PC.

I tried several times to download Premiere Pro trial om ny PC. On the web sait is written that programm is downloading and Creative Cloud is opened, but it's nowhere downloading programm. There is NO Premiere Pro in the list of Creative Cloud. Why??? How can I download it???

Creative Cloud will only list programs for which your machine meets the system requirements.  Check the requirements and compare to your machine to see if/where the incompatibility arises.

  • How do I get Adobe Acorbat to open a .pdf file from a sharepoint library without having to checkout the file

I have a customer that is using Adobe Acrobat pro version 10.1. When they try and open a .pdf file from a SharePoint site, the user is prompted to check out and open the file or open the file. Is there a way to get Adobe Acrobat to open the .pdf file without prompting to check out or open?
    Thanks
    Jim

This is mostly a lion thing, rather than a PSE thing. To disable applications opening where they left off last time for all the programs on your computer, go to system preferences>general and untick this box:
You can also do on a per-program basis, but it's more complicated and the best thing to do is to search around for directions on the web and see which way is least uncomfortable for you.
There's an odd little glitch in PSE that it opens the last image you had open, even if you closed it before quitting last time. Adobe says this is correct behavior, but of course it isn't.

Downloads - I want to open some PDFs/other file types from the internet but not have to save them. I can't figure out how to view them and close them without having to save them first. When I click on a file, the downloads box opens and depending on the setting, it auto saves the file or asks me where to save the file. What if I don't want to save it anywhere, I just want to view it and close it?

  • How do i unzip and run the newly downloaded Adobe Encore trial version on a windows computer?

how do i unzip and run the newly downloaded Adobe Encore trial version on a windows computer?

First, there is no such thing as an Encore trial, due to licensing of 3rd party program modules
Second, Encore is installed as a bundle with Premiere Pro CS6
Third, the CS5-thru-CC PPro/Encore tutorial list http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1448923 will help
The bottom section of the link above has several Adobe links, and other information, on downloading Premiere Pro CS6 and the bundled Encore CS6, and the TWO ADDED downloads for the Encore library content, to author a DVD or BluRay... and the tutorial list includes learning how to use Encore... pay particular attention to the picture in reply 3 at this link - https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1516173 (picture first posted by Ann Bens and reposted by Stan Jones)
