Downloaded and no work?

Using a Macbook Pro 2.16 Intel Core Duo with 2 gb memory running 10.6.8. When I try to launch the application I get the message
An internal FaceTime error occurred.
There was a problem with FaceTime. You need to quit and open FaceTime again.
I have a Apple ID, because I nneded it to download it. It says it is installed, but it does not work. I have tried while being logged into Apple ID and no help.
What now?

You should be able to download Lightroom 5.4 again, without problems, for free

I have purchased OS X Mountain Lion and I clicked "Download" and it worked perfectlly and told me that it was insatlled into Macintosh HD, but I haven`t noticed any changes in my Desktop or in the computer, is it Normal?

Mountain Lion is the name of all the versions of OS 10.8.
The current version is 10.8.3. We can refer to the OS either as Mountain Lion or as OS 10.8.x. The latter is more descriptive since it tells us the specific version. We do not normally use the term " OS X Mountain Lion version 10.8.3" because it would be redundant.

Version 7 Download and Locked

I was prompted to download Version 7. I downloaded and itunes works and ipod works, but if I try to update it works for about 20 seconds and then itunes locks up completely. I have tried the 5 r's and not real happy because everything worked before the update. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

They are not available as a general download.
If you purchased from an approved seller and you registered those copies, you may be able to log in to your Adobe account and download from there.
If not, I think your only hope is Customer Support, rather than Technical Support or a local contact with the discs.

I have ios 5.1.1. When I sync to iTunes, my purchased apps no longer work. They blink but do not open. The only way I have been able to solve this, is as follows: I delete one of the apps and then re-download and install it. Then, all my apps work.

My new iPod touch 64 Gig has a problem after syncing with iTunes. My purchased apps no longer work. I touch them and they seem to try to open but they do not.
The only way I have found to fix this is as follows:
I delete one of the purchased apps. Then I go to the App Store and re-download and install the same app. After that, all my apps work again.
Please help.

If all user-installed apps are not launching, it could be an Apple ID authorization issue. Download and install an app that isn't already installed on your device to reset this information.

I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb. This is also affecting AppleTV downloads
I am using Virgin Media as my ISP, and was wondering whether you do as well. This might be the common thread.

You can try using this tool to first remove all traces of Reader from your computer:

Then, you can download the full offline Reader installer from
http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else.

I have a program called commission killer that I have downloaded and I can't open it because it says compileBot has stopped working. It then tells me to either close the program or have Windows look for a solution and then it closes without any solution. Why has Zuma Blitz and other games stopped working? I have downloaded and installed flash player but it still doesn't work.

IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here:

Save it to your Desktop. 
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit 
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure '''firefox.exe''' is closed,
