Downloaded Avengers Movie Assemble HD, can't click on play icon

I downloaded Avengers Assemble movie on my iPad, it has synched in iTunes to my PC all ok. When I play it it comes up with the normal intro screen and background music like a normal DVD. I can choose the varios menus but nothing happens at all when I click on the play icon or click on a scene to play that. I just can't get it to play, except for the bonus features and deleted scenes.
I have Windows 7 64bit, latest iTunes and latest Qucktime, my pc is authorised all ok, I get not error messages at all.
Any ideas ?

The following article provides information regarding redownloading the affected movie in SD.
When you purchase an HD video on a supported device or computer, only the HD video will be downloaded. To download the SD version, you need to download the video again from your Purchased page. Conversely, if you purchase an HD video on an unsupported device, the SD version will be downloaded. Then, you will need to download the HD version from your Purchased page. 5GB is typically not enough space to download a movie. Often, movies take from 3 - 5 GB to begin with. The only option you have is to delete more things from your iPad. You can remove unused Apps, pictures, music, text message (messages with pictures can take up a lot of space), email messages, books, magazines etc.

If films are available in your country's iTunes store then you can buy and download them via the iTunes store app on your iPad, and they will download into the Videos app (or you can buy them via iTunes on your computer and then sync them to your iPad). As long as the films have been fully downloaded then you should be able to watch them in the Videos app whilst the iPad is offline.

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync

Oh thank you for posting on how to enter safe browsing! I had tried to disable add-ons, but couldn't make anything click to do so. So frustrating!
Anyway, after putting on the safe browsing, it worked *immediately*, so clearly the add-ons were the issue! I deleted a bunch I don't use anyway, and it's been working fine for hours.

Did you tap the Videos app icon?
Swipe left of your Home screen then type in the name of the movie.

I am using a new Apple TV streaming box. I cannot seem to get any itunes movies to completely download. If they do completely download, it often takes a day or more. Even when the download is apparently completed, ATV will often re-authorize the movie purchase...and the download process begins again. That is about the time I send emails and get refunds. NETFLIZ works beaitifully - fast, easy to use, NEVER a problem. I use a MAC, iPad too but have not synced either with ATV.
Am I doing something wrong? This is incredibly frustrating for my family!!!!

what is it doing when it wont allow you to play the movie?
since you downloaded quicktime is it still asking you to download quicktime?

I can't click on the icons at the top of a site. What's causing this?

I have firefox and it's having a strange problem today. When I'm on facebook, I can't click on the icons at the top. I can't click the message, friend request, notifications, home, profile icons and can't click the one that allows you to sign out. So i can't even sign out. What I mean by can't click is when I put the cursor over those icons, it doesn't change into the finger. When I left click it anyway, nothing happens. This doesn't happen in internet explorer, but I want to keep using firefox. What's causing this? I also noticed that this doesn't just happen on facebook. I've uninstalled and reinstalled firefox. I restarted the PC. It didn't help.

I can't click the upper icon on any websites

I logged in to my Facebook account, unfortunately i can't click the upper icon on that page such as home, notifications, message, etc. The worst part is i cannot log out from Facebook webpage. Then, i try to surf other websites, same problems occur where i can't click the upper icon. Why is this happened? for your info, i am using company's desktop PC.

What happens when you try to click? Nothing?

Which Apple TV do you have? What software is it running? Have you enabled airplay via settings? Are both devices on the same network?

Mouse moves himself but can't click
