Downloaded elements 12, said to uninstall and try again, uninstalled CS6 as I thought that was the problem, then tried to also uninstall Elements 12 and it couldn't uninstall elements 12. Now what?

Tried to install Elements 12. It said to uninstall and try again as it couldn't open. Remembered I have CS6 on there so I uninstalled that, then tried to uninstall Elements 12 but now Elements 12 cannot be completely uninstalled. Now what should I do?

Just tried putting the disc in, clicked on "install" and it attempted to uninstall the program but again failed so now I can't install it at all. Anyone know the phone number for Adobe so they can help me? They of course don't post it on their website. :/

Have you tried to manually update the individual programs?

While looking into the issue you are experiencing I came across some helpful information. In an article called iCloud: Troubleshooting creating backups found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3992 there are a number of steps to help get your issue resolved.
General troubleshooting
General information
iCloud Backup requires a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet.
Automatic backups occur when you've plugged in your iOS device, locked the screen, and have connected it to Wi-Fi.
You can manually start a backup by tapping Back Up Now in Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup (requires a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet).
iCloud Backup will provide helpful information and status messages related to backups at the bottom ofSettings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
If automatic backups don't work as expected, test to see what happens when you start a manual backup by tapping Back Up Now at the bottom of the Storage & Backup screen.
Backups and restores both take time, especially if you have a lot of data or a slow connection. Depending on the size of your data and the speed of your network, you may need to give more time than you expected to a backup or restore.
Make sure you have at least 50 MB of free space available on your iOS device before you back up. If you have no space available on your device, iCloud Backup can fail in some cases. You can verify how much free space you have available on your iOS device in Settings > General > About.

The only testing you can do at home is to attach an external monitor and see if the defects repeat on the external. If so, get to an Apple store. If the computer's video chipset fails a test the Apple Store will perform, you get a free logic board replacement. Turnaround is usually one day to one week--not bad at all.
If the defects do NOT repeat on an external monitor, then the problem is not covered by the above Repair Extension Program
The issue is heat-triggered. Be certain that you control heat once you get it fixed. Don't use the computer in your lap without a lapboard; don't block the vents under the display hinge; don't us in clamshell mode, etc.

I get a pop up saying uninstall javascript over and over again. How to I fix that? The offer to send in my email address for a solution doesn't work either.

After I installed firefox four a pop up dialog box started showing imediatley and clicking OK made it dissappear and return a split second later, over and over again. I typed in my eamil address to contact firefox about it in the dialog box for that but clicking the send button didn't send the message. When I do that, the only option I'm given for opening a file is "Open". not
"Open With". Right clicking on a jpeg file and clicking on Open opens the
file in Irfanview, which is the File Association for opening jpeg files. I
suppose I could change the File Association. I'll try it now.
OK, I changed the File Extension Association for .jpg and .jpeg files
to the PSE 13 Editor .exe file shown in my c:/Program Files folder, so now
clicking on any .jpg or .jpeg file opens the Editor, but again, as before,
the clicked on file does not open. It opens fine when associated with
Irfanview (opens in Irfanview, of course). And when associated with PSE
13, the PSE 13 Editor opens and appears to be ready to "receive" the
clicked on file, but nothing happens.

Hello. Whenever I plug in my headphones, the music speeds up, changes, and stops by itself. And then Voice Control starts for no reason. I put back Siri to see if that was the problem and the same thing happened with Siri. How do I fix this?

When I plug in my headphones the music starts to soeed up and stop ayi g by itself. Another issue is when it does stop, Voice Control is on when I don't hold on the home button. I turned on Siri because this is what started my problem (taking off Siri) and it didn't help, instead of Voice Control, Siri started to turn on. I didn't want Siri, so I put Voice Control and disabled it. I did so, and the problem still kept on going. Any ideas on how yo fix it?

I'd guess that the problem is due to a short in your earphones. Try another set.

I got this message after trying to download a movie: an unknown error occured (-50). please check that the connection to the network is active and try again. I'm pretty sure that my internet is connected, especially since I downloaded a song before that.

Several months ago I received an email supposedly from Microsoft asking for my name and password to our hotmail account. The email had the Microsoft logo and it looked legitimate, so I did it. The next day, all our contacs were notified that my wife was stranded in a foreign country and needed money. When I addad my wife's Ipad to our account with the sdame apple ID as mine, I got an email from apple, asking to verify the ID. apple logo and all. It looked weak to me. Should I do it?

You never reply directly from an e-mail about username or password.
Best you change your password for the hotmail account. Don't get scam.
