Downloaded firefox 4 now unable to receive Hotmail or install Orange toolbar (both OK on 3.6) help please
Updated to Firefox 4 (from 3.6) now unable to receive Hotmail, went back to 3.6 OK back to 4 again same fault.
I am also unable to install Orange toolbar, just before installlation is complete microsoft message that an error has occurred requiring the programme to close.
What is the account type on both, your tablet and phone - POP or IMAP?

Having issues receiving MMS and/or media content. I have visited several forums and did successfully receive at least one photo and sent one photo sucessfully. However, I am now unable to receive media via MMS. Phone displays message: "Get Media Content Now 30KB", but it only emits a tone after pressing. I have add a MMS VPN already. Any suggestions??? Hi, I have been using CS5 for a while now, but had to wipe my computer clean last night and now am unable to re-install my adobe on the same computer. Help please.
Can you describe more about what you summarize as "unable to re-install my adobe on the same computer." ? What actions do you take and what results? What messages do you get? Are you able to install it on a different computer?
Since you use the word "same", it might be a case that you do have another machine that the install is functional on. If so, or even if you installed a couple of times on the same machine, it might be a case where your activation allowance has been used up and you need to have them reset. If you contact Adobe Support thru chat you can ask them to reset your activations so that you have the two allotted to you available again.

I just received my acer aspire 1 netbook and i wanted to download firefox. I have used firefox before on my acer laptop but for some reason when I try to download it now i receive an error message similar to this one: :"unable to open this internent site. The requested site is either unavailable or can not be found" I tried downloading versions 3.6 and 4 beta and received the same message.

I am unable to receive email from hotmail. It is spinning with checking for email message. Some time it downloads old emails and then those emails disappears and redownloads. some times shows connection to the server failed. From laptop there are no issues with account or email. Any ideas?

However <s>Firefox is obviously working, and </s>it does no harm to have more than one browser on a computer. In fact it can be a distinct advantage. For instance it allows you to use the alternative browser if the primary one has a fault.
Maybe what you are in fact trying to do is to set Internet Explorer (IE) as the default browser again, so that for instance the IE icons appear on some files and links. You can do that from IE

Try This...
Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings. -

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop
