Downloaded Free Game to Playbook; Can't Find It to Play!
I connected my Playbook to Wi-Fi; downloaded free game from AppWorld; disconnected from Wi-Fi.
Now I can't find the game on my Playbook to play! I'm new to Playbook, so what do I do?
Yes, you are right! I found another post from "peter9477" which explained the resolution in detail.
I feel kinda' stupid for not figuring this out for myself. Another "Senior's Moment" I guess!

I have just purchased an ipad and downloaded a few basic games, but I cannot get any sound from the games, I have checked in general settings, and in each of the app settings to make sure that the sounds are on, I have also tried deleting and reloading the game apps, but still no sounds.

Downloaded free game for my iPad 2; made several in-app purchases. The game no longer works, it's happen to all users (customers). Deleting and re-downloading refreshes the game to level 1. How can I get a refund?
You can contact iTunes and ASK for a refund. Then make make an exception to their all sale are final policy.

In the future set the restrictions so that in-app purchases are prohibited and that a password is always required.

You can set the restrictions that will stop anyone from making these purchases. You have obviously failed to do this. This is your fault. Not Apples. -
Can't download free games. It shows 'waiting' status...which remains as is!
don't get you! credit card info is with apple....but these are all free stuff, shows 'waiting' status - no message pops up for payment issues really!

WHen I try to download free games on my iPad 2 I'm getting a message that safari cannot download them....where can I go to have more success when I want to download free stuff like games.
The only place you can download app from for your iOS device (unless you've jailbroken it) is the App Store. There are scads of free games there.

Is it possible for a iPod touch to get a virus when downloading free games off the internet? If yes, is there an antivirus program to protect the ipod. and can some of the current apps be saved from the virus damage?
I had one game permanently just stop working, it usually does crash, but that last time it just went bad, I don't know the reason, I tried powering off iPod, relaunching game, but the game never worked again. I think it corrupted its own save file or some of its own data.
Have you tried another game or app, do those work? If they do, then I guess you know where the problem lies, but if they all stop working, then what about apps, can apps launch?
Lastly, apps from the app store are checked by Apple, so they are clean. -

If you don't have access to your rescue email account, or you don't have one on your account (an alternate/secondary email address is a different setting/address), then you will need contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset (you won't be able to change/add a rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions)
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the page that you posted from to update/add a rescue email address for potential future use -

To try and stop it happening again you can turn off in-app purchases on your phone via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' -

VijayThere are 100's of free apps and things in the iTunes store.
Just load iTunes, click on iTunes Store, and then App Store. From here you can see the top 10 free apps. Click 'See All' to view more. You can also view just the games by choosing Games in the drop down menu under App Store. Again you can set it to just view the free ones. If you select a type of game, you can view all the free ones in that section.
You can also do all this on the iPad itself. -

1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
