Downloaded i tunes and Account setup appears in chinese
Hi I've dowloaded the itunes 8.0. I live in australia but bought a laptop as I'm in China and mine had crashed. So I'm running windows vista ulitmate and had the english language package downloaded and updated to the computer. I'm still in china for another month. Now I've downloaded itunes and the account is in chinese. I checked that i downloaded english version but i gather that me being in china somehow defaults the langauge on itunes. Is there a patch or something to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Me, too. I just purchased an ipod, downloaded new itunes and now both my CD ROM and DVD/CD burner are not recognized by my computer. I can even go into "My Computer" and the drives do not even show up. It's as if they aren't even there.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restart the device.
Restore as New.
Might also be a good idea to contact the carrier just to verify there are no account issues. -

Is there an error message when you try to launch the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe)? If so, what does it say? (Precise text, please.)

When I originally downloaded i tunes and bought match all 3 of my computers synced. Now when I download a song from Amazon into media or burn a cd into media they are not syncing. I go in and update match thinking that might work, it hasn't. I have all of my boxes checked in preferences on all 3 computers.
Yes i've tried all of that. I've turned it all the way on and off and erased all of my music and put it back on and nothing works. And with the breaking up CDs and putting into compilation categories i have already fixed all of that stuff. It's fine it just doesn't show up in the list of artists. I can find the album in the songs category and the albums category it's just it doesn't show tha name of the artist. All of the other albums that i downloaded before i updated my itunes to th most recent update are fine. It's just the two that i downloaded afterwards. Thanks for trying though.

Tracks sold by the iTunes Store have been AAC since the Store first opened. They've never sold tracks in MP3 format. You can convert the tracks, though, if you need them as MP3. See:

I would suggest running the program with Admin Rights so that the installation process can start. If the machine you are working on is a company machine, its possible you dont have enough rights on that machine. In that case, please get in touch with your Local IT team to resolve this concern.

My old pc quit working. Got a brand new pc and downloaded iTunes to backup my iPod touch. I got a message the iTunes will delete everything off my ipodtouch. I do not want all my songs deleted or my aps. So I had to stop sync and canceled my iPods update. How can I use my my new pc with latest iTunes safely so it won't delete my songs and aps on my iPod touch?

We're trying to watch a movie using our Apple TV. It is saying "cannot connect to internet?" WE thought it was because we just got a new computer, so i went through the process of downloating i-tunes all over again...yet we still have the problem. ??? PLease help

Just the computer, other things?
More information on your actual setup is needed - Particularly how things are connected on the local network and to each other.
In theory the new computer should not affect Apple TV's ability to rent and play a movie if the rental was made on the AppleTV itself. The problem may have nothing to do with the new computer unless changes have been made on the router to let it connect and it's caused AppleTv to disconnect, or the PC has been assigned the AppleTV's IP address which is no longer available to AppleTV hence it thinks it's lost connection.
Try powering off the router, restarting and see if the AppleTV internet connection returns. Restart AppleTv too if needed. Check any ethernet cable connections or wi-fi settings on AppleTV if it doesn't re-establish the internet connection. By the way an ethernet cable plugged into AppleTV will disconnect it's wi-fi connections.

Installing iTunes has never caused content to magically appear on a computer.
Media is only where the user puts it. Copy the media (the ENTIRE iTunes folder) from the old computer to the new computer. -
I can´t download Premiere Pro and it wont appear on creative cloud
I was looking for a good software to download because I recently went to a trip and I recorded a lot of footage so I wanted to edit that and make it just one video (I use Windows 7). So I looked for After effects first, I downloaded Creative Cloud but I couldn´t find the After Effects app so I downloaded Prelude. While I was using Prelude, I looked for more information on how to use it and I realized that I must have Premiere Pro, and I am kind of familiar with the software so I said "why not?" When I looked for it I couldn´t find it on Creative Cloud either and I don´t know why. I already tried to look for FAQs and nothing answers my question and I want to know if any of you have the same problem.
