I downloaded ios 7 on my iphone 4s and cant play itunes from my iphone to my speakers through airport utility. it shows im connected thro wifii. i can play the speakers wirelessly from itunes on my computer so i know its my phone since ios 7 downloaded. even the icons on the song that turn on the speakers are missing. what do i have to do to get it back? Ive deleted airport utility and reinstalled it. i shutdown my phone and the airport base and wifii and restarted everything. nothing seems to b helping.
I just encountered this problem for the first time and stumbled upon this forum to find a solution. I played around with it a bit and it seems that if you slide your finger from the bottom up, you will come upon that new screen that will allow you to do various functions with your phone (put it in airport mode, lock, etc.), you can select your Airport from this screen and play your music wirelessly from your phone; at least this was my experience. The SMS links thing is highly annoying. You don't have to copy/paste however. You should see an icon like this: (>) to the right of the text bubble with the link. Tap on that, the in the screen that opens, tap "Visit".
Alternatively, you can tap twice directly on the link, then hold your finger down after the second tap.
Still unnecessarily difficult, but not as bad as copy/paste.
What I don't get is why can't I find any mention of this change or how to fix it (if even possible) elsewhere online? -
I downloaded iOS 7 onto my iPhone 4 and updated the iTunes on my PC, WiFi connection works but somewhow it won't do anything when I plug the iPhone. Now, I got frustrated that neither iTunes nor my iPhone do anything. I need my iPhone to get it back to work regardless if it's back to the last version of iOS.

I just downloaded IOS 8 on my Iphone 5 and to do so i had to delete all my photos to clear space, but before so I selected all of them and copied them. The only place I can seem to be able to paste and see them is while making a new message in gmail and then when i tried to send them the message comes back blank and looks like below. what can i do to retrieve them?
<Edited by Host>As razmee209 said, you can use iTunes to install photos on your phone from wherever you have them stored. Where did you copy them to? Are you saying you selected them on you phone and just hit "copy"? That would only copy one at a time to the "clipboard" so that you can paste it somewhere else. As you copy each one, the previous one is deleted from the clipboard. This is not a storage area. Did you back them up on your computer or in iCloud?

I'm having the same problem. Although iTunes says it is syncing Calendars and Contacts the Calendars are not being synced (I haven't checked Contacts since I don't make lots of changes to them.)
It also does not appear to be backing up to my desktop (at least not each time) - I just did a sync and the backup date is over 30 minutes ago.
This is very worrisome.
(And I am not using iCloud.) -
I bought the song 'Go the Distance' by Michael Bolton. It said it had completed downloading but when I play my song it stops 1.01 minutes into it and goes onto the next song. How can I fix this?
It seems like alot of people are having this problem tonight. I dont know how to fix it but i hope apple fixes iTunes soon.

Sounds like you have something running that is taking up quite a bit of your CPU power. Try shutting off your apps and potentially shutting off your bluetooth and wifi?

A couple of other possibilities:
The CD is dirty / damaged / suffering from "CD Rot" - sometimes CDs may seem to play fine on a CD player (or using the CD-player function of a PC) but will not transfer correctly to a computer - this is the result of the way that CD players auto-correct the datastream from the CD where PCs, when reading the audio CD as data, do not.
Enabling the error correction function in iTunes import may alleviate if not fully resolve this
Use an alternate tool to extract the audio from the CD - Exact Audio Copy is probably the best out there, as it can be configured to attempt multiple reads of every audio sample on a CD to get a consistent result. Then import the resulting files into iTunes.
You don't say whether this is specific to one CD as in the original poster's case, but the "crackling" symptom has affected a significant number of users of the 64-bit version of iTunes 12.1.0.71 - these are mostly addressed in the most recent update (12.1.1.4), but if nothing else works it may be worth trying this alternative installer: iTunes 12.1.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards) -

You will probably need to troubleshoot your security software if your problem persists. Examples would be you Antivirus, Antispyware, AntiAdware, Firewall, and some PC maintence programs. You should first turn off / disable security software and retest. If the issue persists updating your security software may resolve issue but you will likely have to remove the software completely and restart the computer. After downloading iOS 6 on my iPhone 4s I cannot connect to my wifi
When trying to connect to my wifi, following the download of ios 6. I go to connect and an Error Opening Page comes up stating "hotspot login cannot open the page because the servos cannot be found", then it automatically connects me to a web page from Apple. At the top it says "Hmmm, the page you are looking for cant be found". I don't know what to do...
The same here after IOS update to SIX. But I have my wifi back going first to:
Settings
General
Cellular
Turn all off
Then go to:
Settings
Wifi
Choose one network
Then back to settings
turn on Cellular Data
Turn on Enable 3G
Close settings and see if Wifi is visible in the display -

Hopefully someone can help.... I have an Iphone 5 and want to create a music video playlist on my phone so then i can play through my apple tv... but when i make a playlist in itunes and try to add it over to my iphone it wont let me sync the playlist...?
