Downloaded MUSE trial then got Cloud subscription. MUSE still thinks it is a trial
SITUATION:
1. I downloaded MUSE as a trial last night and started using it.
2. Today I bought a Creative Cloud subscription and downloaded MUSE so I wouldn't be using it as a trial anymore.
3. MUSE still thinks it is on a 30 day trial. I can't find a serial number when I to to "About Adobe MUSE" in the About MUSE drop-down window within the MUSE application.
4. Online -- within "My Adobe / My products and services" -- MUSE is not listed as one of my products.
5. Online -- under "My subscriptions and services" -- I have a Crreative Cloud membership for one year.
6. I tried trashing my trial MUSE application, but now I can't download MUSE again from the Creative Cloud.
QUESTIONS:
1. Do I have to buy MUSE even though I bought a year subscription to Creative Cloud?
2. If i don't have to buy MUSE, how do I get MUSE out of its trial format?

If removed the the uninstaller then you should have the option through the Adobe Application Manager. If, after running the uninstaller, the Adobe Application manager is still showing Muse as installed then I would recommend the following steps:
Remove the remainder of CS6 using the Uninstallers
Run CS Clean up tool - CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
Reinstall Muse from https://creative.adobe.com/

How can I connect Muse to my Creative Cloud subscription?
I have a Creative Cloud account, and I've been a Muse user since the beta days (connected with a Business Catalyst subscription), and I would like to continue using Adobe Muse. However, when I run Adobe Muse now, I get a message saying I'm on a trial with 5 days left and that I should buy an upgrade.
I thought Adobe Muse was included in Creative Cloud?
All the other applications in Creative Cloud download just fine, so I'm using Photoshop CS6, InDesign CS6 etc. but Muse is still running a trial that has 5 days left.
How can I solve this so Muse doesn't stop working in 5 days? I work in Muse on a daily basis, so I need to solve this issue asap!Hi,
Go under the Help menu option and Deactivate the Muse and then launch it again and sign in with the Adobe Id that you used to buy the CCM and let me know if that works.

Active creative cloud subscription but still showing trial?
Hello,
I currently have an active Creative Cloud subscription for Photoshop. I recently just wiped my PC (Windows 8.1 - custom build), and upon redownloading photoshop, it's asking for a serial number upon Photoshop launch when I use my log-in. I've followed all directions:
- Changing directions to English International
- Logging out/in
- Etc. (from the list of usual culprits)

Downloaded LR5 yesterday via installed Creative Cloud Ap. worked fine edited a few photos.
Today I installed PSCC today and it worked fine. Then installed LRCC , get to 29 days left on trial panel, press "continue with trial" and get nothing ? Uninstalled then reinstalled no change, rebooted PC still nothing.
Only a small (11.6" screen 4gb pentium) netbook for backup and some editing while travelling but PSCC works fine.
Not willing to purchase LRCC until I can get trial working.Hi Everyone,

Go to MacHD/Library/Application support/Adobe/SLStore
Delete the last licence file (will have a .lic extension with probably one ziffer). Be sure to delete the last one !
Launch Lightroom again and connect with your Adobe ID -

Downloaded app. and then got a "Your device is low on memory...."
I got that message and I still have 7 GB of HD left. Its obviously talking about the RAM but I just got the phone less then a week ago and I don't have that many apps.

run lenovo system update on your laptop if you have it installed.
There is an update to fix issues when coming out of sleep but I believe there is one for hibernation.
In any case install all the recommended updates and see if the problem still occurs. -
Can I still download CS6 in my Creative Cloud subscription?

I had purchased Lightroom 5.3 (not CC) and have used it for a few months. When the iPad version came out a couple of days ago - I loaded it on my iPad according to instructions, upgraded PC to 5.4, and ran "trial" version of iPad/PC lightroom. I then followed prompts to purchase subscription (special deal photoshop/Lightroom only for 1 year). Both PC and iPad lightroom copies still say "28 days remaining". It clearly does not know I have a subscription. I re-registered my Lightroom on PC - but it didn't help. The Lightroom 5.4 was obtained by going to "check for updates" on 5.3 and updating to 5.4. What do I do? My card has been charged and subscription is running, but the programs don't seem to know it. What do I do?

I purchased Creative Cloud student edition yesterday after using the 30 day trial, however it seems that the Creative Cloud desktop app still thinks im using a trial and keeps telling me the trial has expired even after purchasing the suite, how would i resolve this as customer care took too long to answer, thanks

How do I get back "devellopment" in Lightroom 5. It has been disabled after I have downloaded a trialversion of Creative Cloud but did not purchase it.
Uninstall the trial version of the creative cloud. This process will not interfere with your catalog, preferences and personal files it will just remove the application.
Download the Perpetual License version of LR 5.6 at the link below. Install and enter your serial number, voila.

When I open Muse, I get a message that a new update is available. When I hit install it just closes and nothing happens. Then I got a message I needed Adobe Creative Cloud App to resolve the issue. I downloaded a copy of Creative Cloud desktop but it says that my Muse is up to date. It was last updated in May but you have a new update today and it will not update. I thought maybe I am not suppose to have the Creative Cloud update because all I have is the individual app Muse and the photography program. So I uninstalled the CC desktop. Then when I open Muse it says I need the CC desktop to help with the update. So I get stopped either way. Now I also had a Pre-Release Muse on my computer and I don't know if that complicated things. Please advise.
All future installs/updates of Muse (and most other Adobe apps) are through the Creative Cloud desktop app. Thus you do need to have it installed.
