Downloaded one TV show, now other doesn't show up

I just downloaded Part 1 of a 2-part episode of the new Battlestar Galactica from the iTunes store today, but I'm having trouble finding Part 2. I do a search and only Part 1 shows up?

Thanks. Someone else where I also posted this on this board likewise mentioned something about an NBC contract and Apple. I just checked my purchases and it says I purchased the one episode (and it seems to play), but just now when I check the iTunes store, the episodes are now gone. All I can think of is that somehow--during a brief window--I connected to an old iTunes library of Apple's and made the purchase before the windoe closed. If so, I got lucky. Maybe they were doing some sort of switchover or something. Hmmm...

Two iPhones - one syncs reminders, the other doesn't

I have two iPhones - one is a work-issued phone (an iPhone 5), and the other (a 5S) is my personal phone. I've also got an iPad Air. All of them have the most current iOS (8.1.3). For some reason, the Reminders app on my 5S won't sync with the other devices.
If I create a reminder on my 5, or on my iPad, or on iCloud, it will instantly update on all of those devices. But not on the 5S. If I create a reminder on my 5S, it seems to upload to the others (and, actually, I did it just now and all of a sudden it synced everything else from the other devices).
Any ideas why my 5S won't pull down updates on Reminders?

Thanks for the reply. I tried what you suggested (I think I've tried that in the past, to varying degrees of success) and once I turned sync back on, it did download the current list of reminders. However, when I created one on the 5, it still hasn't shown up on the 5S, some 15 minutes later (although it immediately showed up on the iPad). I'm puzzled as to why that one phone just won't seem to sync like the others do...

I downloaded Firefox 4 and now Firefox doesn't offer to restore my session after I've rebooted. I really liked that feature of Firefox. How do I get it back?

I was happy with Firefox as it was. I had the latest version and it worked perfectly. Then I was notified by Firefox that I should update to Firefox 4. If I'd known it would wipe out my cookies and would not include my "restore session" button that I liked so much, I would not have downloaded Firefox 4. It doesn't offer to restore my browsing session after I reboot and I can't find a way to tell it to do that. Please fix this ASAP and tell me how to make it work on my computer! Thanks.

I downloaded Firefox 4, and now it doesn't work at all. Tells me I have it set to 'work offline'. NOT How do I get back to the last Firefox 3?.

I don't have any idea where to change 'work offline'. Have never set it for that. just get me back to the previous version of Firefox.

I downloaded iPhoto update and now it doesn't work

How do I fix iPhoto after an unsuccessful update? Today I downloaded the iPhoto update from the App store. When I try to open the program it quits unexpectedly. When I try to open it again it says it has dectected inconsistencies in my library. I click "repair library database" and when it gets to 99% complete it shuts down and vanishes from my screen. I try everything all over again with the same result. It was working fine until the update. Help!

Back up your iPhoto library, depress the option and command keys, launch iPhoto and rebuild your library

One more with iChat problems - but one system works, the other doesn't!

This might be an interesting addition to the discussions regarding not being able to connect via iChat.
- I'm using 10.4.8 on my Intel iMac and my G4 PowerBook.
- Both are running iChat 3.1.6 (v441)
- Both are connected via their built-in Airport cards
- Both OS X firewalls are on, but no iChat ports are being forwarded
- no iChat ports are being forwarded in the router either
- The firewall in the router is turned off
Unfortunately my PowerBook does not have a camera, so I can only try text and audio. Text works on both systems.
Audio on the PowerBook works like a charm using the appleu3test accounts. On the iMac I get this error immediately:

I'm a bit stuck at the moment, as I can't reproduce what's different between the two systems. Btw, I did try this using the root account, just to make sure no 3rd party app is interfering.

Same Network, one computer loses internet, other doesn't...

I've had non-stop internet issues since upgrading to Leopard. And there seems to nothing consistent that I've found other than, sometimes the Macbook Pro loses the internet (not network), and sometimes the G5 PPC desktop loses the internet (not network). It's random, it's regular, it didn't happen with Tiger, and I've tried every darn thing on this forum.

Yet another person with the same problem. I have tried all of the suggestions on this post and others but it is still dropping all the time. It is usually inconsistent unless I open mail. For some reason it kills my connection every single time I try to check for new mail. Never had a single problem until Leopard.

2 iphones 3g in same room one connects secure wifi other doesn;'t

I and a co worker both have iphone 3g's. I am having trouble with staying on the secure network. His connects fine and mine usually does, but today it will not connect but his does. we can be sitting side by side.

On this phone I saw my network/network name, but no numbers in it and it wouldn't automatically pick up.
I just fixed it..
What I did was choose "other" and enter the same name of my network and the password again. Worked great. Really oddball thing. Been a long day.

Two iTouches; iTunes trying to overwrite one of them with other's info

I was trying to add music to my two kid's iTouches.
I didn't realize I had my son's plugged in and iTunes asked if it should recognize this iTouch as my daughters. (I don't think I'd sync'd his before)
I said yes and then realized it was my son's iTouch.
I stopped the sync and didn't loose anything (OHMYGOSH- he would have been mad and rightfully so).
However, now when I try to re-sync his phone it recongnizes his phone as HER phone and tries to overwrite it.
How can I stop it from doing that so I can sync his iTouch/back it up so forth?
I was thinking somehow to see what UDID is was recognizing, deleting her iTouch from my iTunes or something momentarily.
Thoughts?

Hello, I have songs that show they are "Waiting" for download from the cloud but they are greyed out. Some songs in one album are done others in the same album will not download. It is not a time function because i have been working on this for weeks. I have allowed my compter to run for days and the songs are still not accessible. I have a Match subscription and Match is working. If I click on the "Genre" link the greyed out songs show that they are ready for download from the cloud but I cannot download them. I have downloaded over 1500 other songs, so I am trying to understand what is going on here. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

I did think about that and if I have to I will do that, however there are about 50 songs. I have closed and reopened iTunes several times and I am sure that I have the latest version. It fails right away but I can click on the cloud download icon and download the song that it failed on ... therefore it is not that song "or any one song" causing the issue. Any ideas?

I have also noticed the same "problem". I do not fully understand the impact of using the same ID on multiple computers and devices if I want to keep them all in sync.

My computer has just prompted me to download the newest version of Itunes and now there doesn't seem to be any option to "add folder" to library, just "add file to library" so have to do one song at a time and is very time consuming!! Help?!

Use CTRL+B to put the top menu bar back on screen. Add File to Library and Add Folder to Library are both under File.
