I recently downloaded the latest iTunes for Windows update, and now when I open iTunes my menus are in Korean. I live and work in Korea but want my menus in English like they always have been. I've never had this problem with updates before. How can I get English back? I'll appreciate any help.
CTRL+, (Comma) brings up preferences
General is the tab on the left
Language is the last drop down control
English (UK) & English (US) are 9th and 10th on the list
Close iTunes & reopen to effect the change

I have Vista, recently switched from Internet Explorer to FireFox 3.6-. Since switching over, it can't download alot of versions/updates like Adobe Flash: It error messages: "INSTALLER WILL CONTINUE AFTER CONFLICTING MOZILLA FIREFFOX IS CLOSED".
Most pics blocked on sites/programs. I can't open some programs that Explorer opens. I would sure appreciate any help!!!For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If the advice above doesn't resolve things you could try this alternate version:
iTunes 12.1.0.71 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) - itunes64setup.exe (2015-01-28)
which is a 64-bit installer for the 32-bit version of the core application, similar to previous 64-bit releases. Or roll back to the previous build:
iTunes 12.0.1.26 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2014-10-16)

1. System Preferences > Other/ Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All
Press the "Delete All" button
Install Adobe Flash Player.

Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.
2. Allow Plug-ins
Safari > Preferences > Security

Updated my iPhone 3gs yesterday to ios 6 (first time ever). Backed up my content to icloud, but it wouldn't quit. Remained on that screen for HOURS. Finally disconnected phone from computer. Still would not go away--just the "circle of death." Restarted phone and lost EVERYTHING (pics, contacts and apps). Can I get them back? Are they somewhere out in cyberspace or lost for good?
You're not alone. I am having similar problems with my Ipod 5th gen 30gb.
When I connect it to my laptop (Vista - basic) it is not recognised by itunes. Itunes simply locks up.
So far I have tried the following to no avail:
Checked my pc's device manager - it recognises the device and says it is functioning properly.
Checked the drivers to make sure they are upt to date.
Uninstalled & reinstalled a previous version of itunes (as it worked fine before the latest release).
Reinstalled the latest itunes.
Reset the ipod.
Put the ipod into disk mode and reconnected to itunes.
Have tried to use the windows tool to scan and fix any bad sectors but it fails to complete a scan without locking that up as well.
Placed into disk mode when fully charged and then allowed the battery to drain completely. Then reconnected ipod (in disk mode)and it still is not recognised and locks up itunes.
At this point I dont really want to part with another $300 odd dollars for a new one. -

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.0.1. For the iPad Mini the iOS is 6.0.2. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

You will get by email a code which you use in the Mac App Store (in your Applications folder) to download the installer. You will have to have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 installed to be able to do this. Yesterday I decided to update my 4 generation iPod Touch, before I updated it I synced all my stuff I had in my iPod that I haven't synced yet onto my iTunes library, but my movie didn't get synced and I didn't know that so I updated it anyways. After I updated it, I wanted to get all my music, TV shows, podcasts, the movie I mentioned & apps back. Then I realized I didn't sync my movie into my iTunes library and I don't know how to get it back. I went to the iTunes store on my iPod & I saw this section called "Purchased" so I thought all the stuff I have bought in the iTunes store would be there, but it only appeared the TV shows & music I've bought, not the movie. I need some help please :l
You can contact iTunes and explain what happens and then may allow aa redownload. Unlike for apps and music (some countires only) a redownload is not guaranteed.

I clicked on something and it disappeared. I wanted 2 embed a video and someone told me there should be a "source" button on the toolbar that I need to click on. I clicked on something & then the entire toolbar was gone. And now I cannot get it back.

Hit the '''Alt''' key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark. <br />
The F10 can also be used on most PC's to temporarily reveal the Menu bar.
