Downloaded trial of photoshop, it expired, paid for the photography plan, still says I need to buy photoshop because expired.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop cc and cc itself multiple times. I have also logged out of my account, restarted my computer, and logged back in. The purchase has been made and processed 24 hours ago and it still won't work. What am I missing?

If there is an option to "license this software", and it takes you to a sign-in page with username and password (not a serial number) - then just go ahead and sign in.
If it insists on a serial number you need to uninstall the trial. Then try to download again.

    there is no serial number used with a cc subscription.  you use your adobe id.

    sign in with the same adobe id used to subscribe.  start the download of one of your programs.
    that will install the cc desktop app which is used to manage your cc apps,

    No. Quit and try again. If that fails again,
    Option 1
    Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
    Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
    Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

  • If I'm paying for the Photography Plan, can I upgrade to the full plan half way through?

    So I'd like to have the entire Adobe package at some point this year once I have more video work coming in. But for now, i only have photography work booked for the next few months, and obviously I need Ps & Lr minimum. I'm thinking of paying monthly for the photography plan. then half way through, changing it to the full Creative Suite. Is this possible?

  • I keep getting the trial versions after I've paid for the Creative Cloud service.

    I'm currently paying for the creative cloud service and I've downloaded a few of the programs (Indesign, Incopy, Photoshop, Illustrator) but when I open them they are coming up as trial versions. I uninstall the ones that were the trial version and reinstall them and I keep getting the trial version, What should do to fix this problem?

    So I just had a HELL of a time installing cc that I paid for over a month ago.  After I finally got CC working, I went to download PS it worked fine until I realized it was only the trial version.  So I removed it.  I noticed that the only option I have for PS is "try" not "install"  am I missing something here?   • Radeon HD 5770 graphics card works perfectly with my MAC Pro 1,1 and Adobe CS6. However, Photoshop CC won't read the card drivers and says I need to reinstall them and disabled 3D funtions as a result. Anyone else with this issue?

The preference panel for Performance/Graphics Card in Photoshop CC is greyed out and inaccessible and shows this message -
    "Photoshop detected an error in your display driver. Update or reinstall the driver and check Use Graphics Processor to retry."
       I still have Photoshop CS6 installed and it still works perfectly. Anyone else with this issue? Is there a driver update for this compatable with my setup?

    after going round with this Adobe was able to find the fix....opened the "show content" folder for the application Photoshop CC (control click on the application folder) and navigate to the sniffer file and rename it by putting a tilda ~ in front of the name..." ~sniffer ", close and open PhotoshopCC...and voila, problem solved... Thankyou Adobe support

    Providing your Apple ID is not a .me or a .Mac address, you can change it with Apple and continue to use your account.
    Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
    Once who have done this you can then correct it on your mobile device.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
    When you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
    If however, your Apple ID was a .me or a .Mac address, then you will need to create a new account, follow the instructions above for deleting your account on your mobile device and then tap the "create Apple ID" button to create a new account.
