Downloaded updated Firefox, restarted computer as directed (8 times), turned off computer overnight, but when I try to use Firefox keep getting a "restart" requirement. Firefox won't run!!!

When I click on "Yes" in response to retart request, computer restarts, but when I try to open Firefox after the restart, the same question box appears. If I check the "no" box in response to the restart question, Firefox won't open

* go to C:/Programfiles/mozilla firefox/
* check is there any file called '''firefox.exe.moz-upgrade'''
* if yes try to delete it and try
