Downloaded version 20 and cannot use mouse or keyboard
After downloading the latest versi0on of firefox on my desktop, my mouse and keyboard will not work

are you able to disable graphics hardware acceleration
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
*Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
*In the Firefox options window click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select "General".
*In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
*Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:

What version of iWork are you trying to use? If you're not using iWork 9.3 in Mavericks, be sure to run Software Update before running any of the applications. You can also download the standalone updater from this page.

Thanks!How is Acrobat 8 not fully Windows 7 compatible? I see discussions on this Adobe Community saying how Acrobat 8 does work on Windows 7 and with 64-bit. It appears that if Acrobat 8 is updated to the latest version, then this should fix AA8-Win7 issues. And I am at the latest AA8 version, 8.3.1.
And how are Acrobat 8 and Reader XI are not compatible? I have always had Acrobat and Reader installed on the same PC, without ever having any issues. And Adobe allows the installation of one after the other. So apparently Adobe allows them both to exist together. If they are incompatible, then why would Adobe allow them to exist together?
Anyway, I did uninstall the FileOpen Plug-in and the Reader XI, then reinstalled the FileOpen Plug-in. So now Reader is not installed and only Acrobat 8 is installed. I then tried to load the PDF file, but I still get the Acrobat 8 error described above. -

I am trying to open a preciously completed project mad eon premiere pro CC 2014. I purchased a new computer and downloaded the same premiere pro cc 2014. However when i try to open my old project it says the project was made on a newer version and cannot open.

Seems that you don't have the most recent version installed right now. After launching Premiere Pro go to Help > Updates and check if any updates are available.

I have two versions of Pr, one is the latest 2014 and when trying to open a Pr2014 session, I get an error message saying the project was saved in a newer version and cannot be opened. Could there be an issue with an older Pr application on the computer? Please help!
You need to be very careful which project you open in which version.
For 2014 make sure its on 2014.1 build 81. -

Your Apple TV may have become paired with another remote. Hold the remote close to and pointed at the Apple TV, hold down the menu and Rewind buttons together for 6 seconds or until you see a broken chain icon on screen. -
Have my MacBook Pro plugged into a monitor and also using a wireless keyboard. I want to close the MacBook but every time I do the monitor turns off - is there a way to avoid this?
Press any key on the wireless keyboard after you close the MBP and it goes to sleep. The computer will wake up with the external monitor as its display. This is called Clamshell mode.

each time I open foxfire a .LNK popup appears asking how to process a download opens and inhibits use of foxfire. How do I stop this and allow me to open and use foxfire browser. This started after I attempted to follow directions to install/associate a .LNK program/file with foxfire to control saving downloads using any browser. Note that I am a novice user. To Reset Firefox do the following:

Iphone6 plus automatically turn off (frequently)and cannot use WIFI
Just bought Iphone6 Plus 16GB Gold on 15 Dec 2014 from The Australian official Apple website.
In this week, my phone turn it off automatically (very frequent, it seems like if i not use my phone, it will shut down)
and cannot normally turn on the phone, i can only turn it on through HOME BUTTON + TURN ON/OFF BUTTON.
And after i turn on the phone, the WIFI button become GREY COLOR, which means i cannot use WIFI, cannot turn on/off.
And i try to restore setting from the phone and also from iTunes through computer, it doesn't help.
Does anybody know what happen to my phone?hi，

I am traveling and cannot connect my bluetooth keyboard to my MacBook Pro where I am. It was working fine when I left home. What can I do to fix the problem?
If you can get them paired again try making them "favorites" from the Bluetooth system preferences.
Try smc and pram reset too. May gave to do this before you can get them paired. -
I moved to ICloud but on my main PC (IMac) I've lost all e-mails at Mail and cannot use Mail anymore as my regular e-mail. What do I have to do to synchronize with ICloud?

Is your system pre-Lion? Earlier systems are not compliant with iCloud but you can set Mail up manually to access your iCloud email:
