Downloadhelper no descarga

Hola.
Hace años que uso el complemento "downloadhelper" y nunca he tenido problemas. Sin embargo, desde hace unas semanas no puedo descargar nada con él, ni vídeos ni imágenes.
No sé cuál puede ser la causa de este problema. He probado a desinstalarlo y volverlo a instalar, y nada. También he reiniciado Firefox, pero downloadhelper sigue sin descargar, a pesar de que la opción para hacerlo aparece correctamente.
¿Alguien tiene idea de a qué puede ser debido esto?

Downloadhelper no funciona tengo todo actualizado pero no me graba

tengo firefox 36.0 y downloadhelper 4.9.24 y el problema es que cuando intento bajar un video no lo baja ni lo registra en el progreso de descarga. pero si me pone un numero entre parentesis. funcionaba a la perfeccion y de golpe no funciona mas.

When I recently updated to the newer version of FireFox, (version 3.6.13) the DownloadHelper add-on was lost, and it will now not re-install, though I have tried about 5 times?? When I clicked the icon to download the add-on the download progress bar indicated that the download was underway however, when it had completed, the add-on appeared not to have downloaded - including no icon - not even if I search for one. When I tried to download the same add-on again, the download window indicated the download in a faded color and it seemed to be indicating that I already had the add-on. Try as I might, I can't get it to work. DownloadHelper always worked with no trouble on the previous version of FireFox. Are you able to help? Many thanks for this service!

Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox [[Profiles|profile folder]] to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required.

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the "Find Updates" button (Firefox 4: click the Tools button at the left side of the Search Bar) to do a compatibility check.

Once I install Downloadhelper, I am no longer able to open the Downloads window (Command-J) or the show all history window.

I am using Firefox 7.0.1 on Mac 10.7.2, my downloads window and my show all history window would not open. After trying everything, I had to remove all my firefox information from the computer and reinstall then make a new profile with the profile manager. That fixed it but when I re-installed download helper the problem occurred again. I repeated this to make sure it was download helper.

I located the problem and it is not Downloadhelper. When I open firefox on my second monitor (I use an imac and a second monitor for dual screen) I can no longer see my downloads window.

Downloadhelper just stopped working and I can no longer get the icon to load into the tool bar.

I downloaded the add on Downloadhelper and it worked for many video captures and then stopped. I reinstalled it but the icon will not load into the toolbar or the tools under View -> Toolbars -> Customize. I have gone through the troubleshooting guides and everything seems to be enabled properly. At the same time Firefox stopped allowing me to open more than one Firefox screen.

Contact the carrier and ask them what is going on.

Why would DownloadHelper suddenly quit working?

I have been using DownloadHelper for quite some time now. Today I went to use DownloadHelper and nothing came up but a blank screen.

The same exact thing happened to me. Anyone know why??

Why isn't Downloadhelper working with Youtube?

I have been using the Downloadhelper add-on for years on my laptop with no problem. I noticed about three days ago it was no longer working with any Youtube videos. The rotating icon is still working, and when I click on it, it still gives me the file type choices for downloading. However, after I click my choice, the green arrow shows the downloading process, but comes up '0 bytes' for every type of video.
I am not having problems downloading videos from other sites that I've used before, just Youtube.
Also, I am able to use Downloadhelper with Youtube on my other computer without a problem.
Can you please help? Thanks.

here is the fix for 4.9.17 is as follows: 
For today's youtube changes, please follow this procedure for downloading 
videos that currently generate empty files: 
- Open url "about:config" 
- Create a new parameter called "dwhelper.yt-sig-perm-85" of type String 
- Set its value to "[[2,8],[0,1],[9,21],[65,66],[22,65],[84,85],[66,82],[21,22] (without the quotes). 
- Reload the youtube page (no need to restart Firefox) and you should be done.

The largest file size usually has the best quality, avoid .3gp videos.

DownloadHelper only works on youtube video downloads after FireFox upgrade to 32.0

Firefox upgraded today to 32.0. The add-on DownloadHelper is at 4.9.23. DownloadHelper has worked fine until today. Now it will not offer to download videos from any other sites besides YouTube.

[https://bugs.downthemall.net/] is the bug section of their site as well you may want to check your preferences for the add on or try it in a new profile to make sure there is not issues with other extensions.

Auto updated to 36.0 Downloadhelper doesn't work, is there a fix or can I revert (Knowing you don't like users to revert to older versions) ?

Download helper addon doesn't download anymore. I have deleted it and re-installed but no luck. I am thinking the updte to 36.0 may be at the root of this. I realize you discourage users from reveting to older versions but I would really like downloadhelper to function.
Any thoughts ?

Firefox 36 at the moment is on the Beta not the Release channel.
That may have flashplayer and HTML5 changes that potentially could impact on download helper.
