Downloading a purchased app.
I purchased Creative Cloud and went to the screen to download it. Next to each word is Try. Why am I being told to "Try" it when I purchased it?

for getting started. You do not install for your team; once a team member has accepted the invitation, he or she needs to log in to Creative Cloud to download and install applications.

The other day I upgraded to the latest ios7, and after I did that, the App Store says that I have never purchased or downloaded any apps, and that I have never deleted any. This is annoying because I have spent a fair bit of money on games which I played, but now I want back, but can't get them back unless I buy them again!
If anyone could give me some help as to what to do so that I can re-download my purchased apps, then it would be much appreciated!You must use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase to re download for free.

Isn't that the same thing? You're allowed to associate up to 10 devices with the Apple ID on the iTunes account....but are you saying that the limitation is only for music - not apps?

yes. But I would recomend using Icloud. If you have purchaed the app or ownloaded it you can serch it on any of your other devices app store and you will se a different icon where the download button is suposed to go. Like a cloud. Click it and you will get it.

you can go to expresslane.apple.com and select itunes>store>purchices, billing and redemption> select apple id account billing. it will ask you to tell more about the issue, type there what u typed here, if you can include song names you have tried, select your counrty and click continue, itll give you a few options, select email to contact itunes store department directly; the more info you can give them the faster itll be, like the media titles (or if available the order numbers in the recipt u get in ur email) if you choose call in option they should be able to contact itunes for you but its really just a middle man between you and itunes (no phone number for them) and they wont always contact them for you if you havent tried expresslane.apple.com yet; good luck!

I have purchased lots apps on 2 country by same AppleID.
It does not make sense to change the country setting.
Due to in some country, iTunes online store only offer music/movies but NO TV show.
So I change registered country of my AppleID to US store.
Now I could purchased HD/1080p movies/TV shows, but cannot get app updates on iTunes which I purchased on pervious country.You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...

My iPad is connected to my computer, but it still will not download newly purchased apps. It is prompted me to connect to itunes or use a wifi setting (which I do nto currently have). What can I do?

Launch iTunes with the iPad connected to your computer.
Select the iPad under Devices in the source list left side of the iTunes window.
Select the Summary tab from the menu.
Deselect: Sync with this iPad over Wi-Fi
Quit then relaunch iTunes.

I need help downloading previously purchased apps
i can see all my purchased apps in my itunes account BUT there is no option for me to redownload a few apps, and movies... most of my purchased items were synced over when i got my 4th gen but i noticed that a few of the very first items i purchased (when i first got my 2nd gen itouch) did not get downloaded... can anyone help me figure out how to download them (PS i have more then half my gb left to load stuff).

1.) Ok who ever Eric is he is trying to do a password reset but how can this be if I am on my handset a blue 5c 16g?
This is what is on the email maybe you can stop who ever it is. I had a 4 16g stolen a while back could that be it? Help please dunno what to do because you guys are sending me emails.

this is pitiful that such a huge comp doesnt have a simple way to plug ur device in and reset the PASSWORD only buttttttttt no they haft to suck money out of us by only allowing icloud resets well what do u do if u cant even do that

8.3 breaks parental controls? Download any purchased app...
With 8.3 users can download or update previously purchased apps without reauthenticating.
This is a parent problem; I have lost the ability to remove apps or to prevent an app going back on. Since we share an Apple Store account (pre-family sharing) this is a particularly vexing problem, but it would be a problem even if each child had a unique account.

For now I'm disabling App Deletion, telling kids I will be able to tell if they abuse their new Install privileges and I can always turn off all Installs (though that makes updates painful). -
Have two purchased app's that need to have updateds down. On Ipad 2 keep getting messenge try again. Have linked to I tune, but nothing working. Please help.
If the system reset doesn't work, here are a couple of other things that you can try.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. -
How do I download previous purchased apps on a new device without credit information.
Is there anyway to download my previously purchased apps from my iPad mini to my iPad 2 without using a computer? The problem is I lost my purse or it was stolen and I am waiting for a new credit card via snail mail. What do I do in the mean time?
You should be able to access them via the App Store app under the Purchased menu

You can't. Purchases cannot be transferred from one Apple iD to another.
You will have to repurchase the apps using your new Apple ID.
