Downloading a ringtone I already purchased
I bought a ringtone from iTunes on my iPhone, but now if I sync with iTunes, it deletes the tone because it isn't in the iTunes library. If I search for it in the iTunes store, it shows up in my purchase history, but gives me no way to download it into my library. How can I get this ringtone from my iPhone into iTunes, or from the cloud?
You get one and only one download of ringtones.
As always it is your responsility to backup your purchases.
You should have transferred all purchases to your computer: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases

Delete and redownload the ones that don't work if doing so is free in your country.

I purchased and downloaded songs from the iTunes store on my home computer. Why is it that on my iPhone5c, I frequently see the download icon appear next to songs I've already purchased? Do I actually need to re-download songs that are already on my phone? Why is this?
If they have the cloud icon against them then they are not currently downloaded onto your phone, they are only in the cloud. If you want them stored on your phone then you will need to download them, either by tapping the cloud icon against them in the Music app (if you have Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music 'on'), or via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app.

I have macbook air (11 inch, mid 2011) with the latest version 10.7.5, with Mac OS X Lion, so i've decided to upgrade it to mountain lion, but why cant I download it? The mountain lion icon appeared in my launchpad but the download does not push through. Why is that so? Thanks for your help.
For effective and efficient use of your cxomputer the hard drive should always have at least 15% of its storage capacity Free, to use for swap files and OS management. If you only have 33 GB's free, that sounds a little iffy. I would start by trying to free up some space, then go from there in your troubleshooting.

Apps cannot be transfered from one account (AppleID) to another. Also, once you sign off of an ID on a device and add another, the previous ID cannot be used on that device for a period of time (90 days, I think?).
If you don't want this user to have access to everything on your AppleID, what you are trying to do is a bad idea. -
I got a new computer and downloaded iTunes. When I tried to download music that I already purchased I got a message that my computer was not authorized although my iPod was plugged in and it was recognized. I don't see anywhere that I can register my new computer. Can someone help me?
