I've been trying to download adobe photoshop but it kept saying that adobe is experencing problems and to try again later. I've been trying to download this for a week now but it hasen't worked. What do I do now?

What are CD features? Are you looking to download a trial or have you purchased Adobe Photoshop as a download from the Adobe online store?

HELP! Error message when downloading Adobe Photoshop free trial...

Whenever I try to download Adobe Photoshop CS4 free trial, I get an error message which is: "You can't open this application because it is not supported on this architecture". This happens after the setup bit, when I try to actually open the application. I'm running OSX 10.5.8. I'm a new mac user so all of this is a bit confusing! I did have Adobe Photoshop CS (not CS4) but removed that because I thought it might be clashing. Still no luck. I updated my mac, too. Is there something else I should be doing or should know about?

Are you sure you got rid of all of Adobe's stuff? Check in /Library/Application Support/ and /Users/username/Library/Application Support/ for Adobe folders and stuff. Delete those and restart.

It sounds like you downloaded the wrong application, namely Adobe Premiere Elements.

How do I download Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.0 without a CD drive? I have the access code.

I recently got a new computer that does not have a CD/DVD drive. I have the installation CD for Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.0 and the access code for it, but currently no way to install the program on my new computer. Is there a way I can download Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.0 and then just enter my access code?

Not the most helpful error message from the installer? No details on why the system was rejected? That's something I'd consider to be some amateur-level programming in the installer.
You don't have a 64-bit processor. Intel Core series is 32-bit. Intel Core 2 series (and later) is 64-bit.

Only free or purchased apps from the iTunes store can be used on Apple's iDevices. Will iPhoto do what you want? There are other photo editing apps in the iTunes store.

Downloading Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 JRun Serlet Error

I am trying to download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4, that I purchased back in 2012 for my windows laptop, to my new Mac laptop but when I click the download button all I get is JRun Serlet Error 413 Header length to Large. I have done all the steps and it downloaded into my downloads folder however not it will not install. It is saying my security preferences allow installations of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers. ???? I don't know how to go about changing these settings? Please help!

You should be able just to either right click on the installer or Control click and choose Open and then the installer should work.
