Downloading After Effects Help! Urgent!

Hi All,
How can I download After Effects CS6 now that After Effects CC has come out? And is After Effects CS6 now free?
I'm wondering this as I don't have this right system for After Effects CC to run on my Macbook.
Any help would be appreciated ASAP!!!

After effects CS6 is still available as a separate version to purchase, it is not available for free.

I tried to download after effect cs6 and it give me the error code. I have read the "Download and installation help" and knowing that the computer can't download after effect unless it is a 64 -bits but mine is 32 -bits. So is there a way that I could download after effect ever I m using 32-bits?

Feel free to downloasd the trial versions, but you cannot buy a full license after the trial runs out:

Can't Download After Effects?

So I wanted to download After Effects trial version. Whenever I click on the trial button, I get redirected to the Creative Cloud App. But a download doesn't start - actually, nothing happens. So I'm scrolling down in APPS in Creative Cloud but I can't find the After Effects app. Any help?

If AE does not show up in the Creative Cloud app the your system does not meet the minimum system requirements. You may be able to use CS6... At the top of the apps list you'll see filters and versions. Click there and show Previous version. If AE CS6 does not come up your system does not meet the minimum requirements for CS6 either.
Before purchasing software it is always important to check system requirements.

Trouble downloading After Effects CC

I’m trying to download After Effects CC, but the Adobe Application Manager software crashes before anything can begin. I’ve tried restarting and everything else I know to do.
I’m using a Mid 2012 MacBook Pro with a 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 processor utilizing 8 GB of RAM with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB graphic card and running OS X 10.9.2. I have a 250 GB hard drive with approximately 50 GB free.
I’m successfully running Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and Adobe Photoshop C6.
Any ideas?

Alternately you can follow the steps listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 in to initiate a direct download.

CANT DOWNLOAD AFTER EFFECTS ON ANOTHER COMPUTER (already purchased the app)

please help me
i bought 1 single app (after effects) paid prepaid for one year.
install it on my iMac , but now i wanna install it also on my new macbook pro
but when i log in to CC and trying to download after effects it give me TRIAL mode!!
for some reason i never received a serial number or any code to activate my purchase ( i don't understand why)
i bought this full and paid in full...
this is cause me lots of major problems....
im also trying to get respond through the phone / chat ( NONE OF THESE METHODS ARE WORKING)
THIS is a frustrating situation for me right now as i need to use AE immediately.
please let me know whats the solution for this
as i need to get it ASAP.

Make sure you are installing the Creative Cloud and not the standalone version.
From what you describe you do not appear to be in dire need of resolving this immediately to get work done, though it is certainly your right to pursue getting it resolved as fast as possible. If you have the trial version installed you can use that - it is fully functional. Also, if you have it installed on another machine you can use it on there as well.

Downloading After Effects while running OS X

I downloaded After Effects CS6 11.0 on my MacBook Pro running OS X 10.10.1. When I try to open the application I get this message: You can’t use this version of the application “Adobe After Effects CS6” with this version of OS X. I can't find the solution. Please help. Thanks

Problem downloading After Effects CC

I try to download After Effects CC through my desktop creative cload app but about half way through the download it stops and telss me I must close the applications: Adobe QT32 Server, AdobeCrashDaemon, and dynamiclinkmanager but I don't know what those are.

Restart your computer, and then try again. Those are helper utilities for various applications.

Sorry if I'm being dumb here...
I wanted to try out After Effects CS6, so I click the download link and the download manager came up. I installed and run that, logged in with my ID and all, but there is not After Effects coice for me to download. I see Photoshop, InDesign, etc, but no choice to download After Effects.
Is it a system requirements thing? programs that my system can't handle are not listed (would help if they said they couldn't work)
Is it a location thing? I'm in Singapore, is there a Country limitation?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem...everything goes smoothly, until Adobe application manager comes up with 13 options to install, but "After Effects" is not on the list. Just checked with my son , and apparently my computer is 32 bit. Would I be right in saying that's the problem? Any way to fix/change this, or a different version that allows for 32 bit? I recently purchased the creative cloud single application for $19.99 so i could download After effects CC, but everytime i click on the download button, it takes me to a page that reads "Safari Can't open page".

Use anotehr browser. Also make sure to install the Creative Cloud App first.

First of all, I used trial version and finish the trial period.
Then i bought the AE cc and now have one year package.
But I can't use AE cc, it just tell me that the Trial period is ended and need to to buy.
I set both Creative cloud and Adobe ID language the same, but it still not work.
I tried to uninstall the AE CC and install again, but still not work.
Please help, I need to use the Ae cc now and paid.....

I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.
