I purchased the download monthly plan but can not download AI to my mac. What's up with this?

We can't know. Yopu are not properly explaining what actualyl the problem is or what you do nor providing exact technical info like what Mac and what version of OSX.

  • Problem with downloading an issue to an Android tablet

    We're experiencing a problem with downloading an issue to an Android tablet.
    Adobe Content Viewer on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 attempts to download an issue, but after about 30 seconds of downloading ACW stops and without any error message returns to the previous state showing again the Download button. The Internet connection is good. Everything also works perfectly on other tablets we tried - ASUS Transformer and a previuos generation of Galaxy Tab.
    Is there any common resolution for this problem?

    I may not be using the correct jargon,,,,when I click on Amazon's link for the AmazonApp store download, an Adobe box comes up, so I follow the cues I get on the screen.  I don't know what else to do....my 1st step..https:/www.amazon.com/app-email    you have chosen to open Amazon_Appstore-release.apk which is apk file from: https://amznadsi-a.akamaihd.net  what should Firefox do with this file?  Save File  I click on OK    Then a download box comes up, which I click on, then there is 'Finder' and 'Adobe Reader'.  Adobe reader is highlighted, so I click, then OK and I get a box "Amazon_Appstore-release(9).apk" is an application which was downloaded from the Internet.  Are you sure you want to open it?  Cancel  Open.  I click Open.  Then a box that says  Adobe Reader could not open 'Amazon_Appstore-release(9).apk' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file was damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded.)  I am a novice with this stuff....I hope you can help me.  Thanks  Char

    Cannot download an issue of a subscribed magazine on news stand. The download has paused and cannot midway and every time I click on resume it asks to shut and restart  the app. Done that several times. Even restarted the iPad but the problem continues.

    Do a search with Spotlight for ".plist" (without the quotes). In that list (should be very long) there should be a file named com.apple.itunes.plist. Delete that file by dragging it from the Spotlight list to the Trash. Don't worry if you drag the wrong file and delete it, as these are preference files that recreate themselves when you launch an application.

    It has come to our attention that certain Windows Phone download reporting aggregations are not matching. After investigation, we found an issue related to 11/1/14 – 11/9/14 transactions.  For example, if you chose an “All
    app” aggregation (6 month view) and compared it to “Monthly by app” aggregations (6 month view), the totals weren’t matching.  The root cause of the issue was due to the 11/1/14 – 11/9/14 data not being considered for all  of the available aggregations.
    We are scheduled to fix the issue today. 
    If you have transactions between 11/1/14 – 11/9/14, you will see an increase in the following aggregation totals once the fix is completed:
    Monthly aggregations (6 and 12 month views) by app and in-app aggregations
    Cumulative downloads – app and in-app aggregations
    Please note, this is strictly a download reporting issue.  There is no impact to any payout reporting or payout amounts.
    When the fix has been completed, I will update this post.

  • I purchased Premiere Elements 13 a few weeks ago, it downloads without issue, but I can't open it. I get an error message that reads "Elements 13 has stopped working" HELP!!!

    What computer operating system?
    Uninstall, free ccleaner run through, and reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled is not a bad idea. But, let us look at some other
    factors before that.
    1. When you try to open the program, how far do you get....Welcome Screen - clicking on Organizer or Video Editor or other?
    Have you tried to open the program directly from the Adobe Premiere Elements.exe file after you have applied Run As Administrator to that file?
    2. Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled? Are you working in a school or company network?
    3. Are you working with a pen and tablet device instead of mouse?
    4. Is your video card/graphics card driver version up to date according to the website of the manufacturer of the card?
    4. Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed and are you running the programs as administrator?
    Let us start here and then decide what next based on the details in your reply.
    Besides uninstall/ccleaner/reinstall, we may next try deleting the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file or the whole 13 Folder in which it
    exists or installing the program in a newly created user account with administrative privileges and trying to run the program from there.
    But, let us rule in or out the first 4.
    Any questions or need clarification on any of the above, please do not hesitate to ask.

  • FTP download speed issue

    Hi,
    This problem only started occurring from yesterday, but I'm getting very poor FTP download speeds.
    I use a dedicated server to store my work files then download at home but I'm finding it impossible now.
    Speeds no higher than 150kb/s even though I have 80mb unlimited.
    If I download any test files over HTTP I get full speed, its just an FTP issue (port 54630)
    I've rebooted router / reconnected etc... With no luck
    Can anyone help?

    Are you sure you are not getting confused with Mbps  (Megabits per second) and MBs (Megabytes per second)?
    Megabytes are Megabits divided by eight.
    So a download speed of 17Mbs equates to an actual data transfer rate of 2.125MBs (Megabytes), which is what you are getting.
    Download managers usually use megabytes and not megabits, so there is nothing wrong with your connection.

  • How can I download my issues with Reader's Digest when each time a pop appears and reads " the item you tried to buy is no longer available"?

    I can no longer download my purchased Reader's Digest magazine since August as it requires updating the RD app. So when i try to download the RD app a pop up appears and reads " the item you tried to buy is no longer available". What does this mean and what do I do? I have 2 pending reader's digest issues that needs to be downloaded.

    I don't have an answer for you but it may help to have a look at the "More Like This" section at the far right of this page. Reading those additional threads may get you some idea of the actual issue and how to resolve it. It could be that problems were found with the app and it was temporarily pulled for some reason which may be the reason for the "the item you tried to buy is no longer available" message.

  • E4200 firmware 1.0.03 download bandwith issue

    Greetings,
    since i've upgraded to the latest firmware, i've seen my download speed drop to 70-75 mbps instead of the usual 95-98 mbps.
    I currently have a cable connection (100 mb up/ 5 mb down), using a Motorola 6120 modem.
    Same thing is happening with firmware 1.0.02.
    Downgrading to firmware 1.0.01 fixes this issue.

    Re-flashed to the latest firmware.
    Performed the 30-30-30 reset.
    No change what so ever, still get capped at ~70 Mbps on my 100 Mbps connection.
    Tried the same with the older 1.0.01 firmware and i get 95+ Mbps downloads.
    Something's wrong with this new firmware.

    We successfully published our multi-issue version of ffw MAG  (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ffw-mag/id417263570?mt=8) and launched  the first edition in February.
    However, this month, when we uploaded the 2nd FREE issue (via bundler),  although the procedure seemed to have worked perfectly, but in order to  download the new issue, the customers are asked to:
    "Please update your app. This issue is available for download, but  requires a newer version of the app. Please update your app from the app  Store".
    Please, help me!

  • Update Notification Download Button Issue

    Not really sure if this should be in the General area or in the Bugs & Issues area... so please moderator(s) please move this if it needs it...
    Was just informed about an update to the Flash Player ... so hit the download and ran the installer... it started to automatically download McAfee Scan Program, (which I did not, nor have I ever included for download/installation) ....
    The download button on the update notifier should be pointed to the page where it asks if you want the McAfee software as well... it does not currently do this. is automatically download the installer that calls for both the McAfee and Flash Player to download and install...
    This is a backhanded method to have unwanted software installed on a consumer's computer...
    I recommended updating the download button to stop at the page that asks if you want the McAfee sofware as well

    unfortunately no i didnt think to screencap this, nor had i thought to do it as it took me my surprise when it happened and i didnt think to deliberately duplicate the issue... but i can try to explain the process step by step that I personally encountered....
    I rebooted my machine (well i had a stack dump and it decided it was time... gotta love windows)...
    during the startup sequence the update notification window came up with a download button on it... just saying there's a flash player update and do you want to download it...
    so sure hit the download button thinking it was one of those hotfixes that already downloaded and it would just apply it like it usually when say shockwave updates...
    however instead it opened a "would you like to save this exe file to your computer" dialog box thru firefox and so said go for it... and it downloaded it...
    i then went into windows explorer and launched it ... it started the download process of the flash player software... no problem...
    then about 25% of the way through that another progress bar comes up telling me its now downloading the McAfee scanner software and i'm like 'oh hell no' and cancelled the download/installation/update process...
    doing this cancellation brought me to a webpage at adobe saying that installation failed ... so i manually went to the flashplayer download page and UNCHECKED the mcafee option and then proceeded to try all over again...
    it worked fine the second time doing it manually that way...
    when it asked me to save this new exe file, i swear it was named exactly the same as the bundled software version ... i attempted to check but when i cancelled the original BAD install/upgrade attempt it deleted the original install/update file that i had downloaded... and it didnt send it the recycle bin either... as i checked
    (same thing happened after the successful install of the non-bundled upgrade/installation ... it too vanished after it was done)
    anyways... that's what happened to me... then i came here in a huff
    hope this was a little helpful ... i'll be sure to fire up comtasia or some other screen capture video software next time i see that upgrade dialog box and send you a video if it happens again LOL

    I know it is not a network issue since I have been able to download and install apps...
    Recently (February 1st) I bought the album "Made in Medina by Rachid Taha" About a week before I had purchased one song from this Album Barra Barra and couldn't download it either got the same errors....
    I have been trying to download this since and I keep getting the "A network error has occurred while processing your request, Please e4nsure you have sufficient network coverage and try again" and below each track is a Network Error...
    I have the latest BB 10 OS, and I am connected to my Wi-Fi at home, as I said I was able to purchase and install an application AFTER buying the album...
    I sent an email to BB support and have heard NOTHING...
    You should be able to use blackberry.com to download it to your PC and then use Link to move it to the mobile... This is getting ridiculous...

  • My Take on the Reception and Slow Download Speed Issue

    I seriously believe that the reception problems are a result of something that AT&T has done... Here's why. I started having issues with reception variation and very slow download performance BEFORE the release of iPhone 4 or iOS4. I went to AT&T and got a new SIM. No improvement. I complained at the Apple Store about the variable reception, and the fact that when downloading, the phone got extremely hot to the touch. Because I have been a good Apple customer, the Genius replaced the phone. No improvement. I only upgraded to iOS4 after getting the refurbed "new" phone-- the new OS hasn't really done anything for me other than shorten my battery life..... I am getting pretty tired of sitting in one physical spot, and watching my signal strength go from 5-bars 3G to 1-bar EDGE to "no service" in the span of a few minutes.... Somebody had better do something about this issue, or it's back to Sprint with the new HTC Evo 4G..... Never had reception issues with them!!

    It could be a bit of a design flaw but it could also be affected by iOS4.. any phone with an ariel when hold against skin makes the signal drop period! The only reason its more news worthy is because its actully part of the case.
    It certainly does need fixing but a software update could help improve it for both iphone 4 and 3G/3GS. Ive heard the older models have been suffering this too.
    The reception issue didnt really bother me that much I hold it naturally in my right hand and I dont get a signal issue mainly because I noticed my finger doesnt make contact with the space between the two antennas but then if I apply a finger over the space seprating the antennas the signal does indeed drop its like the two seperated antennas cancel eachother out.
    But I know having to buy a case is a bit stupid when it should work without it but for a phone that cost 500-600 why the **** wouldnt you want to protect it?
    Personally I love the phone the camera is awesome especially the quality of the front facing camera it looks amazing as good as the 3 mega pixel camera on the 3GS.
    The best thing though is definatly the retina display, it looks beautiful. The main thing I liked about the screen tho wasnt the shapeness and quality but the fact that I found it hard to tell the difference between the black colour of the case and the blackness of the screen especially when watching a video with the black bars on the sides of the video,the contrast ratio alone is pretty epic.

  • RV042 download datarate issue

    Hi everyone,
    We currently have RV042 configured as a default gateway. It is connected to another Motorola router provided by our ISP. ISP advertised download speed is 50 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up. When I plug in directly into the ISP router, the measured speed is very close to advertised. However, when I plug in RV042 and then do speed test within the private network, or directly connected to RV042 switch, download datarate is barely 15 Mbps, measured without any other network load. Upload datarate is fine.
    I tried the firmware update but it seems that my model is not V3, therefore I had to stay at firmware version 1.13.12.19-tm. I did check settings for bandwidth trottling, and even added a rule to allow all services to work at 51200 Kbps, however that did not help.
    Any ideas?

    I recently bought a RV042 and have a similar problem. When I connect my router to the modem (ADLS 8Mb/s) I only get 3 Mb/s throughput. But if I connect another router, or a computer directly to the modem i get full speed. I also tried to connect the RV042 after another router (basically NAT in a NAT) and then I get full speed. So my conclusion is that there is something wrong between my RV042 and my Zyxel modem.
    I have the latest FW, and I have tried all the suggested tricks mentioned in the is thread, but I still can't get full speed when connecting the RV042 to the modem. I have contacted the support department of the modem, but they didn't know any issues when using CISCO routers with their modems.

  • Licensing/Download/Serial Issues??

    Anyone else purchase CS5.5 recently to get the free upgrade to CS6 and run into a bunch of issues?  Nothing showing up in the licensing site (which is now down for "scheduled" maintenance), no order number, online chat support stating that it's a 72-hour wait to get your downloads/serial numbers, 2-hour hold for licensing support line....
    And of course the weekend is upon us so I'll likely have to wait until next week to (hopefully) access the software I purchased.  Kind of ridiculous.  Buy an online product somewhere else and you get access as soon as you make the payment.  Spend $2000 on Adobe products and get the runaround about what's going on with the order, why the delay, shoddy support/web services, etc.
    Ugh.  Am I the only one?  Has annyone else made a purchase in the last couple of days without a hitch?

  • Updating single folio forces full download of issue

    Hi,
    Not sure if anyone else has experienced this or if anyone knows of a fix but when I update a single page within a published issue and run an updated to our branded viewer it occasionally forces the download of the entire issue again, instead of running a small update of the one page. No other pages have been updated within the issue.
    Does anyone know why this happens and how to avoid it?

    No need to update to take in this fix, it's solely on the server side.
    Also, yes. If you update right away, we'll do the total update on that first one and subsequent updates will be selective.
