Downloading an order using a different e-mail

My colleague registered his information, including e-mail, when ordering and paying for the RoboHelp 9 upgrade. However, it is to be installed on my pc, and I want to use my previously registered Adobe ID to download. But when I log in with my ID there are no orders available. How can I do this?

You can't. Your mail is your Adobe ID. Unless your colleague gives you his credentials, there is no way to access the software.

Hello Illaass, thanks for the response.. I have been using the same apple account since i got my ipod. I havent changed it at all. But the first debit card i used expired and i had to get a new one,which had a different number. I have downloaded more than 30 paid apps and only some of them are listed on the account. Does the store of a particular country have anything to do with this? I downloaded a few apps when i was in UK and a few from India. Both were from different app stores. But when i try to download apps, mainly games from the store, which i had previously purchased, the store asks me to buy again. Just cant figure out a way to sort this out.

But my Mail's Spam filter is doing a pretty good job lately. I get around 20 junk mails a day and hardly any shows up in my inbox.
the reason why I wanted to use the generic mail icon was that I do not want to play with the alignment of the mail icon on every single page - the icon is placed in the right lower corner and I don't have to do anything. i don't have tons of time to play with that. yes, a nice gif with the address written in it would be a great solution, but automatize it so it goes into same place every time - pain in the neck.

Go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and provide the password (if using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID ("email sign in") you want to use.

Error Message When Leaving Review For Apps Downloaded Using a Different Country App Store

DEVICES AND SOFTWARE:
iPhone 6 Plus iOS 8.1.2, Macbook Air 11" 2013 OSX 10.10.2, iTunes 12.1.0.50
DESCRIPTION:
When attempting to leave a review for an App that has been previously downloaded or purchased using a different country store but on the same Apple ID - the user receives an error message. The issue stems from the App not being in the Purchase History of the presently associated country store as purchase history is country dependent rather than Apple ID dependent.
STEPS:
1. Login the App Store on iTunes or iOS Device using an Apple ID associated with a country.
2. Download an App for the first time using said Apple ID.
3. Change the country of said Apple ID.
4. Attempt to leave a review of the previously downloaded app.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
A user should be able to leave a review to an App he/she has previously downloaded whilst the Apple ID is associated with a different country. The App Store button should show Downloaded after the country change and the App should continue to be displayed in the Purchase history. In other words the purchase history should not be country dependent but Apple ID dependent.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
User gets an error message indicating that the app needs to be downloaded or purchased first.
NOTES:
I have tried deleting my reviews from the original country store, and yet I am still not able to leave a review. Please make the purchase history dependent on the Apple ID rather than the Country Store. If this is not possible, provide a way for users to remove to delete the purchase history from the previous country store(s) - so these apps can appear on their current country store's purchase history. Thus they would be able to leave reviews for these apps.

It sounds like you would like to delete all the songs from your iPad but still be able to access them in iTunes Match. You can delete all the songs from the Music section of your Usage in Settings by swiping your music left:

How to download songs purchased years ago using a different PC

Hi,
I need to re-download all songs that I have purchased via iTunes (2004 to 2006). I'm using a different PC now and so iTunes does not show my purchases under the 'iTunes Store' --> 'Purchased' section. Also, my old iPod MINI that holds these songs has long since died.
I can see all the songs in my purchase history under 'View My Account' but this is just a history - no way of re-downloading from there.
Anyone know how I go about this?

If you are in the USA and are running iTunes 10.3 or later, you can re-download from the iCloud. Go to the home page of the iTunes Store, and click on the link called "Purchased."
The iCloud is not yet available in other countries, and Apple is not obligated to give you new copies, but sometimes they will do so on an exception basis. If you don't have a backup, this might be your only possibility. Try your request at iTunes Customer Service.

I am now using a different MacBook Pro, and want to install my CC, I have done that and downloaded the Photoshop App but its a trial version. How do I get the full version of the apps?

I had a new MacBook Pro that was damaged and I am now using a different MacBook pro as my primary computer (running yosemite 10.10.1).
I did uninstall the Creative Cloud off the old MacBook before I stopped using it.
I have downloaded the Creative Cloud and signed in using my adobe username and password, but when I went to download the Photoshop App it is only giving me the TRIAL VERSION.
How do I make sure that the apps are the full version that I have already paid for? (I do know that my subscription is still current)

I went to the Apple Genius Bar for help. Somehow when I downloaded Mountain Lion one of the mail accounts on the computer changed from an IMAP account to a POP account. The POP account doesn't enable the links in email. It was a quick fix. Just go to prefrences in your mail account and change it to an IMAP account. Hope this works for you as it did for me.

Mountain Lion, like Lion before it, now has a combined Inbox and there's no way to separate it as such, though if you click the disclosure triangle to the left of the Inbox icon, you can see individual Inboxes below the primary.

First you need to get your daughter her own email account with associated emal address provided by your internet service provider used for connecting to the internet which is included with your monthly service or by an email account provider only such as an Apple .Mac account, etc.
Next create a computer login account for your daughter without admin privileges which can be a managed account if desired.

Each computer login account with OS X has its own Home folder/directory for storing data along with each user creating and accessing their email account only with the Mail application or their email client of choice under their login account.
Each login account has a Shared folder to place files, etc. to be shared by other users under their login account.
You can enable Fast User Switching to make the process of switching between multiple computer login accounts a fast and easy process and for added security, you can disable automatic login for your admin account or globally for all login accounts which requires manually entering your login account password to login to your account during a computer startup, restart and with fast user switching.
