Downloading correct version of NI-FGen

Am trying to download NI-FGEN v2.0. I'm starting at the correct location (i.e., http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/websearch/49B4D2E501A1315886256D8600728463?OpenDocument&node=)
When I try to download the file, I'm directed to here:
(ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/instr_drivers/multienv/ivi/windows/current/library/ivifgen/ni-fgen.exe)
which is version 2.2.
How do I get to version 2.0?

I would suggest the latest version of the driver (2.2) in most cases, but if you would like version 2.0 of NI-FGEN, I have put a copy of it on our ftp site (NI-FGEN 2.0 Web Installer.zip):

App Store shows 9 updates but all Apps are up to date I have tried re downloading all the updates. All Apps show the correct version number post update.

First, iDVD is not and never has been part of OS X. If iDVD is not working correctly, then you should investigate possible problems with that application, support files, preferences, or cache.
Of course you can always reinstall OS X if you wish:
Reinstalling Lion/Mountain Lion Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. This happened to me today as well post installing the latest version of itunes. I did a search on google for the error and came across a recommendation to :

Uninstall from Windows the following five programs in this order: iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour, and finally Apple Application Support. If you have iCloud, remove it as well.
Uninstalling these programs in Windows is done from an applet in Control Panel called Programs & Features (in Windows 8, 7, or Vista) or Add or Remove Programs (in Windows XP).
Note: Songs and playlists in iTunes will not be removed when you uninstall the iTunes program or any of the other, already-mentioned Apple programs. If you'd still like to back them up, they're usually located in the My Music folder in Windows.
Download the latest version of iTunes from Appleand note the location you're saving it to so you can find it once it's done.
Run the iTunes installation as an administrator. If you're not sure how to do that, see How Do I Open an Elevated Command Prompt? for help. That procedure shows you how to open the Command Prompt program as an administrator, but the steps are essentially the same for anything, including the iTunes installation package you just downloaded.

Why does Firefox insist that I'm still using version 3.whatever when I have faithfully downloaded new versions when it tells me to do so -- most recently version 8.whatever (today). If "downloading" isn't enough and there's also an "install" step, I have yet to find anywhere in the Firefox that tells me how to do so. I have restarted my computer, but that doesn't seem to make any difference. It still tells me I'm using an outdated version that soon will not be supported.

This is the same as has occurred when prior versions were nearing their end-of-life. Support for Firefox 3.6 versions is likely to end in the first quarter of 2012.
