Downloading CS6 Extended To New Computer

I am trying to install the CS6 Extended Software to a new computer. How do i go about installing it? I have my serial number. How do i get my license key to confirm that I have purchased the software already?

I am trying to download CS6 onto a new computer and the file downloads quickly but the unpacking process is moving at a speed that will take days to complete. Is this proper or is there an issue?

Can anyone provide any tips on how to get the stand alone version of cs6 onto my new computer in a timely fashion. I have the serial number from my account but the unpacking process is taking a ridiculous amount of time. When I purchased the CS6 version on an old machine the download process was speedy and efficient.

Then it should be the same. Perhaps something on your computer is reducing the speed. Such as virus program, firewall, several background apps running, low on ram, low on drive space, and so on.

In this complicated case, I think it's important that you get your work in.
The Photography Plan includes Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC. Open an account with them and for $10 a month you can be back in business which I think nets you more than $10. It's what I do. You can do this immediately. You get two seats and they can be either Mac or PC.
In your spare time you can sort out the license issue and cancel the plan later on if this is fixed.
If you don't want to go there, then you will have to call Customer Service by phone and hope they can fix this.

Why can't I download Cs6 Extended?

I have the subscription to CS6 extended. I started a couple months ago then my computer get a virus and it prevented me from using photoshop. I recently repaired my computer but now for some reason I seem to have regular CS6. I am not able to use the 3D extrusions and I believe that is part of the extended version. I tried to download CS6 extended but I keep getting the same thing when I download it. Is there something I should do to download the extended version?

Your graphics card/ driver are not up to speed. 3D requires proper hardware support. Update your drivers.

Yes.
I deleted the software again one more time and made sure my adobe folder was empty in the C drive.
I downloaded the CS6 extended brand new again, one more time, and this time it took.
I don't know what was happening, but, my luck is that everything goes wrong, and then, just to put me in my place, after I ask for help, it goes right, so, thanks a lot. Unable to isolate the reason why I did not get it the first time, but I'll experiment some more and see.

If you have already installed the CC software before, you just repeat the same process for the new machine.

Downloading CS6 for a new PC

Attempted to download CS6 Extended for installation on a new PC on which CS5 is currently installed. 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 files are selected for download. The download actually ends up with 3 files: 1) a PS 13 LS16 7z, 2) a PS 13 LS16 7z.part, and 3) a PS 13 LS16.exe. The exe file won't work. Error window only says "a problem occurred while extracting the archive. Try again." No luck after trying again 4 times. Each time I deleted the downloaded files, downloaded them again and tried the .exe. Any ideas?
