Downloading cs6 master collection onto pc, it disappears and nothing happens after finishes downloading
I followed the links that were in the conformation email that I got to download CS6 master collection, I have downloaded it twice and after it finishes downloading it asks me where it should open it in (an app, or internet, or word etc) and I have tried both an app and internet and nothing has happened. The window just shuts down and I cannot find it anywhere on my computer...

Until.. only half the software was installed properly. There was a error message that says 'Some items for the following product(s) could not be installed successfully.
In the error message link was this error message.
How do I fix this??

You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC. Tried installing itunes for 64 bit Windowns on my PC several times but each time soon after download starts the box disappears and nothing happens. Any ideas?
11.Once the updates are done, make sure you are booted into Windows and call Microsoft support and explain the issue (doing a clean installation with an upgrade disk.) Not always. I tried. Easier to reinstall Windows 7 over itself, activated fine. Or just do the legal thing and buy full copy. Mac Pro owners that want dual processor support need Pro or Ultimate (Enterprise also) rather than Home Premium.
I would NOT use Boot Camp 3.1, it causes problems for number of Mac Pro owners, though maybe not all so unclear what/why) but just stay with Boot Camp 3.0x from the Snow Leopard DVD (which can have trouble with AppleHFS) -

Hi, every time i try downloading ios5 it reaches 100% and then the connection times out and nothing happens after that; though the internet connection is fine as i can access other sites etc. what could be the problem?i tried using 2 different modems. I click on update though and it says do you want to update to iTunes 5 then I keep clicking download and nothing happens after....... Helppp ?

I click run, firefox downloads, and then the download window disappears and nothing happens?
I follow the directions on the site, wich say to click run. So I do, and it is supposed to run after its downloaded, but then when it downloads the download window closes and nothing happens.

Suite licensing is specific and unlike with single programs just inputting the serial number won't cut it. You will have to uninstall the Master Collection and then install the Production Premium package.

In app store i click on buy. The loading symbols come up for a few swconds, then nothing happens. I can get in to ibooks but can,t get any new books to display as choices,
I guess, putting it in recovery mode and restoring it "as new phone" is your only chance if you can make it. Restoring from a backup may copy corrupt files back to your phone, causing this problem.

I cannot get my Iphoto up when I click on it. I'm freaking out

Can anyone please help????If your Dock icon for iPhoto is not working, go to Applications and try opening iPhoto from there.
Then once the new iPhoto icon appears on the Dock, control click on it, select keep on Dock and drag the other old icon off the dock. -
Where is the CS6 Master Collection download page?
I have CS6 Master Collection on my old computer, and wish to download it onto my new one (Windows 8).
I've reviewed past forums on here and links the provided seem to be outdated/expired/etc. Howerever, if I've simply missed one, please feel free to shoot the link this way.
I see how to download individual CS6 programs separately, but wish to download the collection as a package.

Trying to download CS6 Master Collection stuck on Extracting
OSX 10.6.8 Trying to download CS6 Master Collection seems to be stuck on extracting. After hour or so of no change tried to restart process and get Error 105. Have rebooted browser, computer and process all with same result, still stuck on extracting.

Can't install Adobe CS6 Master Collection (from school, not purchased)

I've had an activated CS6 Master Collection free from my school, and now that I have a new laptop and have deactivated the old laptop, I can't download CS6. I click on the "more information" through adobe creative cloud and try what the community help page says, where you select a drop-down field and select cs6 instead of CC, but there is no such field. I can't save my changes in the Editor.
