Downloading Device Upgrade for 8530 to version 5.0 bundle 1596

I have been trying to download the device upgrade software for my 8530 to go from version 5.0 bundle 1108 to version 5.0 bundle 1596 for the past week and a half but it keeps failing when it gets to module 427 or so, The error message says to try again or verify the internet connection. We are on a high speed wireless full duplex internet connection. Has anyone else come across this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Thanks

From your post, I cannot tell for sure which, of the several, methods of updating you are trying. I think it's the tethered/website method, but I cannot be certain. Nevertheless, from a PC, you can install any OS package to a BB via this procedure:

Note that while written for "reload" and the Storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade, or reload any BB device model -- it all depends on the OS package you download and install to your PC. You can even use a different carriers OS package by simply inserting, between steps 1 and 2, the deletion, on your PC, of a file named VENDOR.XML. Be sure that you remove, from your PC, any other BB device OS packages as having more than one installed to the PC can cause conflicts with this procedure.
If you are on MAC, you are limited to only your carriers sanctioned OS packages...but can still use any levels that they currently sanction. See this procedure:

I found a solution that worked for me. Here is what I did and where I found it.
"Looks like I tracked down the problem, it worked for me so I hope this works for everyone else experiencing problems. Go to your Task Manager and locate the program APSDaemon.exe (Apple Push)..... if you see this executing terminate the program and then startup iTunes and it should come up fine. You will see afterwards that APSDaemon.exe (Apple Push) starts back up but this is fine as long as iTunes has already started.
I tried playing both music and syncing up my iPhone with no problems. Note if you shutdown iTunes again you will have to terminate the process APSDaemon.exe (Apple Push) again. Haven't had time to see what in the world Apple Push is but this appears to have corrected the problem so that you can at least use iTunes and sync any device that needs to be synced.

According to the Parrot Support site:
"The Parrot Software Update Tool is only available for Windows."
So you would need to install Windows on your iMac, first, in order to download the file. Your Mac's OS X cannot read Windows based files.

Canon 60D is a digital SLR camera. You should be able to move photos from the camera to the iMac by copying them from the memory card (take the memory card from the camera and place it in a memory card reader connected to your iMac) or by directly connecting the camera to the iMac.

Until your carrier releases the update for the Z10 there isn't much you can do on the auto update side of things.
However, there are leaked OS versions out there you can download (see crackberry.com) and install to your Z10. I just loaded 10.1.0.2342 on Friday evening and it's running fine.
Beware, that while these OS's are legitimate OS's from BlackBerry they are not supported by your carrier and you may have trouble getting support if you call them up and have the newer version installed. Worst case, though, you restore the official version and then call for support.

My Roboform passwords did not transfer when I downloaded the 4.0.1 version of FF. I downloaded and paid for a new version of Roboform which should have shown up as a toolbar but didn't. Can't seem to solve this problem.

First of all, a word of advice, don't post your email on the internet, it'll only lead to trouble.
Second, you mention you have two apple IDs. let's call them A & B.
I'm assuming you downloaded the app you wish to upgrade with 'A' and you're currently using 'B' for whatever reason. If that's the case, then there's nothing to be done, apps are associated with the Apple ID you used to buy them originally and can't be transferred to a new one. If you wish to upgrade an App you bought using your Apple ID 'A' you'll need that ID's password. The alternative would be to repurchase the said app with your new Apple ID, in this case 'B'.

you have the purchased (not subscription) version of lr 6 (as an upgrade to lr5).
if all that is correct, then when you start your lr 6 installation you will be prompted for the lr 6 serial number. if lr 5 is not installed you will then be prompted for your lr 5 serial number.
if you enter the correct number at the correct time, installation should proceed.
