Downloading exchange content and installing problems

hi there, please can some one help. i have downloaded a Photoshop corkboard set http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail&loc=en_us&extid=104 4075# but cant seem to figure out how to install and use it, please can someone help. tried to find instructions but no luck.

I am unable to download iTunes on my second Windows 8 computer (64 bit). I got it fine on my first one and have used it quite a bit. After downloading the program and installing it on the second computer, I keep getting this error message: "Apple Mobile Device Failed to Start." This happens when when my IPhone 5c is connected via Wi-Fi and I have clicked on "Trust This Computer." (I have tried to install several times-- It gets hung up when it reaches"Starting Services.")

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
and paste into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

Are you sure you are in the same User account as you installed Pages 5?

I lost firefox 3.6 by downloading 4.0 and installing os x 10.5.8 ppc

I downloaded 4.0 and installed it on os x 10.5.8 ppc. 4.0 apparently doesn't run on a ppc. Are you hanging me out to dry and forcing me to use Safari instead or is there some way to restore the earlier version - 3.6.*. It appears you will only support intel machines.

Due to the age of the PowerPC platform and some limitations it would have caused, Mozilla did deprecate official support for it starting with Firefox 4. If Windows, just do a search in the Start Menu for Photoshop
If Mac, Spotlight will do the same.

Adobe make many different things. In this forum we know about Adobe Reader (now called Acrobat Reader for about a week, it's a struggle to keep up sometimes). But you mention Adobe Shockwave Player. The forum for Shockwave Player is here -- Adobe Shockwave Player . Also be sure you aren't mixing it up with Flash Player, still a third product.

I contacted apple and they checked and yes the originsl ipad cant support ios 6 - so cant use procreate have also checked the procreate website and it appears they advised itunes of this - ideally there should end up being two versions of procreate - one for ios 5 and one for ios 6 -
dont want to sell the current ipad and get another - at this stage - for the amount of usage it gets not worth the expense
