download a trial to your new computer. you use your serial number to activate it to a non-trial.
if you no longer need pse on your old computer, deactivate (help>deactivate) it.

Hello, I have a subscription with Adobe and I have downloaded some programs in two PC.
On of this Pc is out of work How can I download my program in another Pc ( a new PC)…I remember that with my kind of subscription I could download my programs just into 2 ps..is it correct?

Yes, that is correct. The end-user license agreement allows you to activate your software on two computers. If you'd like to activate on another computer, you'll need to deactivate on one first. Downloading existing CS5 onto a new computer

I purchased cs5 in 2011 and am currently trying to download it to a new computer. I downloaded it directly from the Adobe website and do have the serial number (but not the disc) but cannot find a way (link) to download it onto the new computer without Creative Cloud. Where can I download CS5 only onto my new computer?

You are allowed two activated installations at any time. If you aren't going to be using the old computer anymore, go to Help>Sign Out in the editor to deactivate it.
For the new computer, the simplest way is to download the trial and enter your serial number into that when installing.

I purchased CS6 for the In-Design in Sept '12 and installed it in Oct '12. I have a new computer and it will not read the files. How do I install it to my new computer. I have my WIN Serial Number if that helps.

You will need to have the serial number to activate the products. Please have then handy & also check the compatibility of the operating systems.

upgrade to at least OS X 10.5.x or, if your machine supports it, OS X 10.6.
you should still be able to get 10.5. from Apple but it'll run you about $ 130. OS X 10.6. costs $ 30.

Could you please let me know what error prompts on your screen when you are trying to enter the serial number.
Have you bought subscription for Acrobat, if yes then you might need to sign in at "adobe.com" using your Adobe ID credentials to activate subscription.
