im having adobe downloaing issue's. ive baught the softwear but i cant access my software. ive rang and installed creative cloud. how do i resolve this problem my internet is working and laptop fine. what should i do now?

"Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help, and indeed installation can even trigger this state.
Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.
A common incorrect message informs you that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.
Another is "E_AUTH_NOT_READY"
This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your (old) Adobe ID.
In extreme cases on the mac, the following extra step has helped some people. Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash. You say "It won't let me download iTunes ...". I cannot imagine what you mean. What does "It" mean?
iTunes is a part of iOS on your iPhone. If your iPhone can turn on, iTunes is already there. You cannot separately download iTunes to iPhone; you would have to update iOS to get a fresh copy.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Have you got age restrictions set in Settings > General > Restrictions so that the app is being hidden when it's downloaded ?

I now have problems with downloading, particularly when downloading books to Adobe digital. How do I fix this?

I recently put in a lot of software updates that I had not done before. Previously, I could download a book to Adobe Digital with no problem. Now, it tries to download to Adobe reader. The most common cause for this issue would be media present that is purchased with another Apple ID. When prompted to authorize the computer it may show a different Apple ID. Did you reinstall after updating to Yosemite? That is normally recommended. Otherwise, strange things may happen, or fail to happen.
