Downloading Lightroom to a 2nd computer

I purchased Lightroom 4 online & downloaded it to my desktop. I now want to download it to my laptop but when I go into My Orders, it doesn't have the "download" icon available. I have my receipt & serial number and I called Tech Support (which was no help at all...) Any suggestions anyone?

Thanks for replying. Yes, I have Lightroom 5 installed on my current (old) iMac computer. I have just purchased a new iMac and wish to download Lightroom 5 to it.
The serial number of my copy of Lightroom is: 116040019422909841438915.
I also had the program installed on a Mac Book Pro which had an unfortunate encounter with a spilled glass of Coke. Somehow, I got in touch with an Adobe technician in India who sent the program via the internet to be installed in a replacement laptop computer. Hopefully, the same can happen for the new iMac.

You can install the software on two computers with no issue, so go ahead and install on the new computer as Mylenium indicated above. Here is some more information on the topic in case you are interested:

A single license for Adobe software lets you install the applications on two computers, but you can only use the software on one computer at any given time. If you want to install the software on a third computer, deactivate the software on the computer on which you will no longer use the software. Then, activate the software on the new computer.
You can install most Adobe software on up to two of your computers, with some qualifications.
Creative Cloud:
If you are using creative cloud, you can install the apps on your primary computer and one backup computer. You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for example, you can install your applications on both. Download the trial version and install it, then use your serial number to "activate" it. Yes, the trial version is the full version. Your Lightroom 3 serial number will not work for Lightroom 5. If you want to install Lightroom 5 it will be necessary for you to purchase an upgrade. Then you will have to serial numbers to keep track of. Your original serial number plus the serial number for Lightroom 5. The links I have provided will enable you to download the right version for which you have a valid serial number.

If you're getting an Access Denied error, it's because you need to follow the Very Important Instructions on the download page before you click the download link.

Do I need to re-download to install on 2nd computer?

The Creative Cloud Apps have installed as expected on my desktop. I have kept the installers, but when used to install on my laptop they ask for a serial number - and my Creative Cloud serial number is rejected.
OR do I have to have to completely redownload the aps again? I hope not the only way as this is a huge financial burden as being outside of the States we have capped broadband.

If you are using a retail installer/ Trial build to install these applications then just choose trial Option and on launch just provide your Adobe Id which have subscription this will activate your subscription. In case you have downloaded this through Creative Cloud then either you have to re download on each machine using Creative Cloud or you can down the retail/trial version run it on any machine you want.

Downloading Lightroom onto a second device

I have lightroom downloaded on one computer already. I also have the serial number for that copy of lightroom. Now I am trying to download lightroom onto a second computer (my travel computer), which I understand I should be able to do. Please help me with this!

I have logged into my Adobe ID account no problem and gotten to the My Products section of my account. I then go to Register New Products under the copy of Lightroom that I purchased and type in the serial number. But at this point it tells me "This serial number has already been registered". I don't know what I'm doing wrong exactly, but I am under the impression that I am legally allowed to register a second device on the same copy of Lightroom.
I hope that adequately explains my problem.
