I am trying to download Photoshop Elements 11 on my computer but my DVD won't work. Am I able to download the program through the internet. I have my serial number.

I cannot download Photoshop Elements 10

I cannot download Photoshop Elements 10 that I purchased from adobe website by using download link in order comfirmation email. In the begining, the download speed was about 200 kb/sec but after 10 mins, the download speed was down continuously which was below 30 kb/sec. I have waited for 1 day, the download progressed only half way and finally self shut down. I have to re-download again, and now the download speed is only 55 kb/sec.
I already checked my internet connection, it works normally (the internet speed is about 874.8 kb/sec). Please help.

Your difficulties do appear to be related to your internet connection. If you are connecting wirelessly then you may want to try connecting with an Ethernet cable. Beyond that you might also want to look at your local network and ensure you aren't utilizing any high bandwidth applications such as torrents or streamed videos.

Cannot download photoshop elements 6.0! Is it me?

I am trying to download Photoshop Elements 6.0 to a macbook pro. I purchased it fine. It downloads after about 40 minutes but does not launch. I double click on the setup folder and it goes through the motions but then i get errors saying elements did not work (sorry I don't have the exact text). This has now happened FOUR times. I am so frustrated as I have things I wanted to do tonight.

Barbara, the plot thickens. When I went to "setup" folder on Elements disk, it stopped midway with a "boot" error which I forgot to write down.
We had downloaded the trial version so I went to install from it. It went into the installation but started with "repairing shared compenents" which took a long time. It finally changed to "repairing Photoshop Elements" and again worked a long time but finally finished and said that the installation was successful.
When we tried to launch Elements, it refused (bounced once and stopped).
I went to the disk utility on the hard drive and did a "repair permissions". It found many on the "system" and repaired them successfully. I did a verify of the hard disk and it was reported as okay.
I then tried to launch elements and this time it bounced several times and then stopped, refusing to launch.
We were able to launch "Bridge" but when we selected an image and went to File/Open/with Photoshop Elements 6, it refused to launch.
One possible pertinent fact might be that when we did the setup on this new iMac, we transferred files from the old Power PC G4 via an Ethernet connection. We had previously trashed the old Elements application in order to clear enough hard disk space on the G4 to do an archive and install of OS 10.4.1., The G4 had frozen and wasn't able to let us boot it up.
I am thinking that I should have done an "uninstall" before trying to install it in order to get rid of any left over files from the transfer.
Is this possibly my problem? If so, how do I get to an uninstall on the Elements application disk. Perhaps I should do that and try to install it all over.

i pressed the download button next to my order and it brought me to a page where i had to install the installer, which i did and i ran it. then i went back to the recent order page and pressed download and it brought me back to the page to download the installer. how do i get out of this loup?

Cannot download Photoshop Elements 13

I cannot download Photoshop Elements 13 - I purchased it through the Adobe store...when I check the order - I cannot download...there's a message - order pending check back in 24 hours. I ordered it 3 days ago. There's no telephone number to ask for help. I got on the Chat line with someone I allowed him to take over my computer and it still didn't download. It stopped after about 30 minutes....he was sending me a message did it download....but when I tried to reply...the chat line was not working. I have used the trial version of Photoshop Elements 12 before and had no problem downloading it. My suggestion to anyone wanting to purchase Photoshop 13 is to use the free version first - then when your 30 or 60 days runs out....order it then through Adobe's offer. This is my day off and I have worked for 3 hours trying to get help. Now all I want to do is get a refund - and I cannot even find a place to do that....Can someone please give me some advice?

I just purchased via computer, PhotoShop El. 11 and want to download it to my computer which is on Windows 7 with the 64-bit version. I cannot download because it keeps saying I need to download another system of Windows but I already have it. Please help me downlaod Photoshop Element 11??

When I go to download Photoshop El 11, Adobe.com site requirement state
which browser will I be using. I hit Microsoft Internet Explorer. The
screen goes to Window Internet Explorer 10 and at the bottom of the
screen, it says "get Internet Explorer 9 - now". I then answer that I use
Window 7 with 64 bits and hit download. The next screen at the top says:
Internet Explorer did not finish installing because I already have
installed Internet Explorer 9 on my system. I have no other options.
Nowhere to go or nowhere to download Photoshop Element 11.
I need help or something is wrong.

How to download photoshop elements 1.0?

I own a legitimate Photoshop Elements 1.0 cd, came with a camera I bought many years ago.
Now I would to install it, but a wide scratch over cd surface doesn't allow me to succesfully do that.
So I thought to download it from Adobe website, but I cannot find any download for Photoshop Elemnts but 11.
Even if I (just today, indeed) registered the product by its serial number on Adobe site, nevertheless I can't see anything about it in My Adobe account as well (obviously in My Orders there is nothing, as I took my Elements 1 as a bundle).
My question is: where can I download Photoshop Elements 1.0?

At ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/photoshopelements/win/1.x/ you will find just pse2trial.exe (and not the expected pse1trial.exe).
Such a weird thing…

That's probably a futile exercise. Short of scouring the Internet I can think of no way to get the software. That aside this may be wasted effort, regardless, because it won't install on a modern operating system....

You can use these steps to check if images are blocked:
*Open the web page that has the images missing in a browser tab.
*Click the website favicon ([[Site Identity Button]]) on the left end of the location bar.
*Click the "More Information" button to open the "Page Info" window with the Security tab selected (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info").
*Go to the <i>Media</i> tab of the "Tools > Page Info" window.
*Select the first image link and scroll down through the list with the Down arrow key.
*If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

Make sure your in the Full Edit mode and then you can press Shift+R to cycle through the tools that are in the same slot as the Smudge Tool.
Or click and hold on the Blur, Sharpen or Smudge icon in the toolbox to see the Smudge Tool

I have tried to download Photoshop Elements 10 three times now and it has crashed every time. I checked my settings and the format on my computer is Max OS Extended. I read that 3 other people were having the same problem. Did anyone figure out how to fix this or does Photoshop Elements not run on Mac OS X?
