Downloading Premiere Pro Creative Cloud

I am trying to download Premiere Pro Creative Cloud and get a dialog box stating that I need to download it with an app. How do I do that?

    One day it was fine, the next it's not. My Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud & Adobe Application Manager all wont open.
    No error messages, it just doesn't open. I can't get through to talk to staff (because why should you be able to right? You only pay for the service..)
    Could someone please shed some light on my situation?
    My Lightroom and Photoshop are running fine as normal. I wish I could provide more information but it's really that simple - none of it will open.

    At this point, I think I'd just download & run the Adobe CC Cleaner app, and use it to uninstall & clean up your PrPro & the Creative Cloud desktop app itself ... then download a fresh copy of the CC desktop app, install & sign into your account, then download & reinstall PrPro ...

  • Premiere Pro Creative Cloud Additive Disolve DOES NOT WORK!!

    Another complaint since upgrading to Premiere Pro Creative Cloud from CS6.   The Additive Dissolve does not work.
    OS X 10.9.4
    iMac
    4 GHz Intel Core i7

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MB

    Hi Stephen,
    It works fine on my machine, which is similar. The only difference is that my Mac is running OS X 10.8.5. Can you try trashing preferences or reinstalling?

    I AVDHC A camera Canon HF 100 and I can not bring it into line on Premiere Pro Also, if I download The clips on my hard disck and then the amount of Premiere Pro And although the latter appear in the Project panel then I can not drag them to the Time Line, the cursor turns into a little hand with the symbol of Prohibition.

  • Adobe Premiere Pro Creative Cloud "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).

    Adobe support was no help.  But they should have been this error has been occuring in various Adobe CS products since CS3! So why is it happening again in the latest CS6?  It appears to be random as I have installed three licenses of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and two and working corrrectly (so far), the third failed after loading a particularly large video into a project on the second day after the install.  These machines are i5 CORE four with 16GB of ram and plenty of free disk running Windows 7 SP1 and IE9.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  • In premiere pro creative cloud, can I export using closed captioning in HD and SD formatting?

    Is it possible to export in HD and SD formatting using closed captioning? Reason for this question is, I'm about to create 48 half hour videos. 24 of them have to be in HD format and 24 of the others have to be in SD format using mp2 for airing on television. Will this work in closed captioning?

    If you are using Windows Machine, just click on Start button and start typing CC, you will see all your downloaded Creative Cloud application there.
    And in case of Mac, at the top right corner, there is a magnefying glass caled as Spotlight. Click on it and start typing CC, it will show your downloaded Creative Cloud apps, there.

    Did you have Premiere Pro previously installed? Do you get any error messages? You can try to re-install after using the CS Cleaner tool. You might deactivate before using the tool.

  • CC wont let me re-download premiere pro CS6! HELP!!

    Hello all,
    So i previously had all of the CS6 Family installed on my computer. Something went wrong with Adobe Encore and it wouldnt open so i uninstalled Premiere Pro and Encore CS6.
    After un-installing i restarted my computer and opened Creative Cloud.
    When looking in the find new apps section to re-download Premiere Pro CS6 i could not find it. I filtered the search and selected previous versions but the only apps it says it has in previous versions in are Bridge, Edge Animate and Gaming SDK.
    I checked in the my apps section to double check it was definitely un-installed. I can see Premiere Pro CC but CS6 is not showing up anywhere!
    Ive tried looking for other links on the adobe website but it just gives me the option to buy a subscription (which i have already payed for) or download the trial.
    Ive looked endlessly on forums for a solution but no joy so far.
    I desperately need to get to the bottom of this as i need Adobe Encore for work.
    PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

  • Downloading Premiere Pro CC Gives Me an Error!

    For some reason, I can't seem to download Premiere Pro CC. Two weeks ago, I installed it and it stopped at 42% and gave me an error, saying that another Adobe program was open, so I had to close that up. After closing that up, it worked perfectly well, and installed correctly. However, last week, when I tried opening Premiere Pro, it told me to uninstall and reinstall it because of a corrupt file or something. I tried uninstalling it, but it didn't work, so I just deleted the files in Program Files. After that, I tried reinstalling it three times, however it kept stopping at 42% and giving me an error, simply stating that it didn't install correctly with a (.34) after it. I can't click on the "More Information" button, and I've tried reinstalling Creative Cloud Desktop. I've been working on it for a week now, and I still can't get it to work. It keeps giving me that same error message. I've tried using CC Cleaner, but it gives me an error at the end of it, and I can't make left or right of the log. I've tried uninstalling CC Desktop, and then reinstalling it, but it still gives me the same error. Please help! I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bit. I can't make heads or tails of this problem, and I would really like to use Premiere Pro again. Thanks!
    Edit: Also, I uninstalled Creative Cloud Desktop, and tried reinstalling it for a third time, but this time, it had an error installing the program. This has never happened, please help me!

    Well, if evben the Cleaner doesn't work, you have a more serious problem on your system. From unsuitable security configuration to virus scanners and firewalls there could be a million things at play. Could also be permissions/ user privileges issues, but your info is to incomplete and vague. Check your system's event viewer for any warnings. Based on your description I tend to think you have an issue with teh Windows installer cache or the registry that prevents the install from ever finishing properly.

    Here's what you do to get Premiere CS6 + Encore:
    Just click here (it's the same link as the more information link in CC.)
    or
    Go to your Creative Cloud application (on the menu bar) and go to Adobe Premiere CC and click more information
    There is a dropdown menu that says "Adobe Premiere Pro CC" near the top.
    Click it and the other option is "Adobe Premiere Pro CS6."  Select that.
    Now on the top right corner of the page it has a download button that says "Download Adobe Premiere Pro CS6."
    It is included in your CC subscription.
    However, a word of warning, you cannot use Adobe Dynamic Link to link to a Premiere CC sequence directly in Encore.  A CS6 sequence still works fine, but if you have a CC project, you will need to encode your sequence into a DVD friendly format (MPEG2 file).  I'm really hoping that Adobe changes this in their upcoming release, and just adds the ability to import CC sequences into Encore, then I would be fine with them not including it in the normal CC package, or updating it.  But I haven't seen anything about it in the release notes.
    A lot of people still want their DVDs and it's a lot easier to just dynamically link the sequence.
