Downloading PS Elements 10 a second time?

I don't seem to be able to download the PS Elements 10 a 2nd time. I bought it last June and successfully downloaded it then. I have new computer now and want to download again for that one.

My computer with Windows 7 crashed and the new one has W 8.1, which should be compatible. I need to re-download Phptoshop Elements 9 and have the Key, Serial number etc. but cannot find a way to do this on the Adobe web site.

Done it! This works on the UK website and possibly others.
Go to:- Adobe.com; Sign in; My Adobe; My Orders; My Order History (but NOT My Products); click the date of purchase and a download box appears.
Thanks, Jeff, for giving me the address of technical support, which put me on the right track, although the adviser first told me to go to Adobe Forums. When I explained I had been given his address through Adobe Forums he said the product was so old that they no longer had a download link. I replied that it was bought in August 2011 and he then suggested going to My Account, My Orders, click the serial number and then click download. This last bit was wrong but close enough to be able to find the download box. I guess they work under great pressure.
The Adobe telephone advice line here in the UK was automated and no help at all, I couldn’t find technical advice or a Live Chat on the web site and I am grateful to both you and kglad for your help.
For the record, it was perfectly straightforward to re-download my other software, including Hamrick, Microsoft Office, Avs4you video editor and a few others. If this helps Adobe to improve their website it will have been worth it.

How do I download a voice memo a second time?

I have a series of voice memos I recorded for work. After I downloaded, we accidently erased them from the iTunes library.
Now we need to re-dowload them to iTunes. However, because iTunes "remembers" that it has already downloaded the memos, it won't automatically download - and they are too big to send by email or message. How can I either manually download them to my computer (or anywhere!), or convince iTUnes to download them a second time?

Thanks. But again:
1. the memos have been erased from the libarary and are no longer availabe anywhere, excpet for my phone.
2. when I sync my phone, it will download new voice memos, but the older ones (that have already been downlaoded, and erased) are not downloaded, because iTUnes knows that it has already downloaded them.
I neeed to figure out how to get iTunes to not recognize that it has already dowlowed copies of these files so that it will re-download them.

stupidly my hardware got broken and I've missed to do a backup for the programs. May it's a stupid question but how can I download the Lightroom software for a second time? I've got the serial number for this, but can't find a link without buying it again....

Charged for downloading the same app the second time?

I thought iTunes doesn't charge you the second time you download an app from the AppStore to the same device. I inadvertentdly deleted an app from my iPad but didn't get the familiar message that tells me that I will not be charged when I downloaded the app again. How do I dispute this with apple if I am charged?

in iTunes, access your *purchase history* via your account in the iTunes store,
find the file in question, and click on the *report a problem button*. report the problem.
clicking here should take you directly to your iTunes store log-in window.

Possible to download already purchased Audiobooks a second time?

I've been searching the discussions but found no clear answer. I accidentally erased some audiobooks while, ironically enough, making backups. Ha HA! EEEeeediot.
I see that the policy as stated: "When you buy a song, video, iPod Game, or album from the iTunes Store, you are entitled to download it only once." --does not include audiobooks.

As I understand it the Audible policy is that you CAN download a purchased item more than once. So is there a way to get my audiobooks back either via iTunes or somehow at Audible?

How to re-download PS Elements (on replacement hard drive) without paying for software a 2nd time?

My hard drive completely died and I lost all my files and programs. (I usually have everything backed up but unfortunately my back up drive had had issues about a month before and I hadn't got around to getting it fixed - lesson learnt the hard way!)

I have tried to download Photoshop Elements 10 three times now and it has crashed every time. I checked my settings and the format on my computer is Max OS Extended. I read that 3 other people were having the same problem. Did anyone figure out how to fix this or does Photoshop Elements not run on Mac OS X?

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)
