Downloading ps6 onto 2 of my devices, my laptop and my desktop?
I purchased cs6 full price. successfully installed it onto my laptop, but have been paying the $20/month so I can use it on my desktop. Crazy! There should be a way I can load the same program onto my desktop since I am the sole owner of the software and my computers. Help:-)
The license already allows you to install on 2 systems, as long as they are not used simultaneously.

Synchronised iPad, iPhone, Windows Laptop and Windows Desktop. iPhone contains 500+ Contacts whilst other three devices only display 170 Contacts. I have Shared several Contacts via Message from iPhone. On creating new Contact from each Message, each Contact appears twice on iPad, Laptop and Desktop via iCloud. Assume that a Setting has locked out the Contacts other than the 170 that do appear as duplications indicate that each Contact already exists on the three devices. Appreciate any advice to see all 500+ Contacts on all devices.
Audiobooks normally only allow one download per purchase; this is also the case with alert tones, ringtones, and some movies. They need to be moved manually; if desired, you can network the computers and use file sharing instead of a thumbdrive.

yes, you can have up to two concurrent activations with your one license.
with most adobe products both activations must be both windows or both mac but with lr, the two activations can be on different os. -

We each have our own device, a laptop and an iPad. when sending imessages recipients cannot tell which of us sent it other than looking at the content. Is there any way to add an identifier to make it clear who is sending the message? I know we can say 'this is mom or this is dad" but when an email is sent it identifies the device that sent it so why not imessages too?
Stop using the same apple id on all your devices. Each person should have their own. You can still share apps via home sharing.

Not possible! Further downloads within 15 mins of a previous download do not require the re-entering of the password.

While trying to download the latest Apple Itunes update to my Toshiba laptop I got the following

Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Hi,
I want to purchase a subscription for Lightroom 5. I am looking in investing in a better laptop in a few months. I plan on initially downloading LR5 to my desktop but hope to download it to my new laptop later on. Will this be possible?
Also, what subscription would you recommend for LR5 for a photographer?

NikkiYes, you are allowed to install it on your laptop as well, but can only use it on one computer at a time.
The issue you will have to resolve is how you will manage your catalog(s).
I store mine on Dropbox and can then access it from either mac..BUT you have to be quite careful that you allow dropbox to update the catalogs before shutting down one computer and launching it on another - not a problem, it works great but you need to be aware of this. The other solution would be to copy the catalog each time you plan on going off with the laptop or using separate catalogs (probably not a good idea).

Sorry BT but having an Indian Helpdesk is the worst thing you can possibly have. The staff may well be cheap and save BT lots of costs in terms of overheads, but the poor quality of service that this produces is in no way worth it. The two people I h
