Downloading purchased app more then 3 year later

I'm trying to download an app I had deleted but decided to re-download. It's a Mahjong game & back in 2010 I bought a layout addition to the game & later deleted it. I downloaded the app again just recently but the game will not allow the layout pack to downloaded again, it's stating I would need to buy it again. I have proof that I did buy it originally, but I don't know how to get the App store or the game to allow me to download it.

Cannot download purchased app on macbookair and iphone 5

I cannot download purchased apps such as keynote, numbers and pages on my macbook air and couldn't download these as well including purchased whats app on my iphone. Pelase help.
When I clicked on the 'purchases' tab in itunes store, it says no apps purchased. BUT when i checked purchased items, there it lists all the items i purchased.
I went to itunes and tried to purchase whats app once more using macbook air, there it says 'downloaded' but nowhere to be found. This confused me.
I have contacted i tunes store many times byt they couldn't help me.

Usually this means that you have more than one iTunes account, and you are logged in to the wrong account (or a different account than the one the apps were purchased with).

Can't download purchased apps after Lion clean install

I zeroed my drive and did a clean install of Lion from a USB stick.
I then performed a Mobile me sync.
Now I'm trying to install apps from the app store and every single one of them is telling me it's already installed. I've even tried holding down Option and clicking on the Purchased tab to no avail. It just won't let me download anything.
Any suggestions?

I got it figured out. I still had my old drive in the Mac and the app store was recognizing the apps on *that* drive too. I just pulled the old drive and was able to download the apps.

Can't download purchased apps

I used to have Lion but my Mac was too slow, so I decided to reinstall Snow Leopard. Then I updatd the software so I could get the App Store.
Next step would be to go to "Purchases" and download all apps I had bought (apart from Lion and any app that asks for it as a system requirement).
But I can't download any app! Even the ones I'm absolutely sure I had before upgrading to Lion. Thus, the problem seems to be that I can only download the latest version of those apps, which in turn means I would need Lion again.
Is there any way of downloading the latest version of those apps that will still run on my OS?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Afraid not.
Open the App Store then type in the name of one of the purchased apps in the search field top right corner of that window then select the app under Search results.
Under Infomation on the right you should see: Requirements
That is the minimum requirement.

Cannot download purchased app

Hi! I purchased my first app in the OVI store today. First I tried to pay with my creditcard, which resulted in error messages. Secondly I payed by telephone bill, also error messages but I received a confirmation of the buy. Did I pay twice?
After paying, I received both an SMS and an email to confirm my purchase (with Transaction ID), but when trying to download the product, I received an error message. The app is not downloaded, neither displayed in the list at "My stuff"....
Who can help me? Did I pay twice? And how do I download my app?
I read on this discussion forum that this happens to many others, but I cannot find any solutions...

I have the very same problem. I purchased my first app - Compass Pro from Nokia Store via Phone bill for my N9. I received payment number, but when I try to download the app, it hangs on 0% and got download error. I can see it in My Stuff, so it was purchased. In Manage apps I see this:
Can't complete the download.
Connection to application provider was lost. Try again later.
Any solutions? I am connected via 3G, phone system is up to date. I was able to download some other free apps, but I don't want to try purchasing something else, untill this is solved.

You should transfer them to your comptuer, if you haven't already. File>Transfer Purchases
Then you can sync them to your other ipad.
You can redownload as well.

I recently had to have the hard-drive for my Mac desktop replaced. After this, the purchased apps for my phone wouldn't download. The error message was that I hadn't authorized this computer. If I tried to authorize it, I got the message that it was already authorized. I finally de-authorized and then re-authorized it. This successfully eliminated the message about the authorization, but the apps still didn't download. I particularly need my ibank app and "Beat the Traffic."

ALL Downloaded/Purchased Apps Crash Upon Opening

I've had this persistent problem, which I thought was supposed to be address in v2.1 firmware, but still at v2.2 I'm still experiencing it.
Downloaded and/or purchased applications for the App Store will crash while opening. Often I can install an application and it will work when I first test it, but after a few days (or even hours) when I return to use the application again I click it, it begins to load, and then crashes back to the "desktop".
This problem has been incredibly frustrating. When I need an application the most, on the road, or away from a WiFi connection, I open it only to find that it doesn't work anymore. It's VERY frustrating and I'm nearing the end of my patience.
Can anyone help?

I am a new user, but give this a shot...
1. Without the touch connected to the desktop, delete all the app store purchased apps from the touch.
2.Connect the touch to the desktop
3.Make sure that your preferences on the app tab are set to sync all applications and re-sync the ipod touch.
4.This should re-install of your purchased apps.
FYI.. This might take a little time depending on how many apps you have.

I downloaded iTunes 11 for my PC. I can download my purchased music and movies/tv shows, but I can't seem to download my purchased apps. Whenever I open the apps page in my library, nothing comes upavailable for download like in the music tab. I've purchased at least 50 apps from my old iPod Touch, and I want them on my computer from iTunes since I no longer have the iPod Touch.Why aren't my purchased apps showing up? How can I download them again?

I can't download purchased apps into my ipad (after recovery)

I have been trying upgrade my ipad to 7.1.1 for sevral weeks. Several times it was taking hours and failed.
Tried again today.
My ipad connected to my imac by cable.
Started the upgrade but was taking too long.
So I pulled the cord in the middle of a message "waiting for ipad".
Went into recovery mode in the ipad.
So I followed the recovery process but selected to not use my existing backups.
I did the upgrade without a backup or restore.
So now my ipad is back and deliciously empty.
Set up appleid again and all that.
So now my ipad is back and fresh and I want to download the apps I have paid for from the store.
Its asking me to pay again $9.99 for pages for ipad.
How can I get access again to the apps I have purchased?

Can't I download purchased apps again?

I bought many apps. My touch died, changed PC. Now I'm thinking to get touch again.
I went to my account in iTunes to see if I can get apps I bought in other PC but it seems not.
Is there a way to get the purchased apps again?

I updated my iTunes today and in the process I lost all of my apps on my iPhone. I use Windows Live/Hotmail as my email provider, and I had the "mBox Mail - Hotmail & Windows Live Mail" app. But when I downloaded it months ago it was a free app.
Now the app is $9.99...
QUESTION:
Since it is one of my purchased apps;
will I be charged the full price if I reinstall it?
I am leery of reinstalling w/o knowing.

Finding & downloading purchased apps across devices

Hi everyone,
I purchased Keynote v6.2.2 (4+) via the app store on my MacBook Pro (currently running OSX 10.9.5) a few months ago. I'm now trying to find Keynote in my purchased apps, but don't see it anywhere. I'm using the same Apple ID I used for the purchase, but don't see it showing up in the app store on any device. In particualr, I would love to download it on my hand-me-down iPad 2 (running 7.0.4).
It's possible I've misunderstood and need to pay for the iPad version, but if not, I'd love some help locating & installing Keynote on my iPad as well.

Keynote for the Mac doesn't run on the iPad. So you will not find a purchase made in the Mac App Store in the Purchased list in the iTunes App Store. And vice versa.
Yes, you will need to buy the iOS version.
